The hotel was well located and our room was well appointed and reasonably spacious. The staff were excellent with a particular mention for the reception staff who were very helpful. Our disappointment was the room location. The corridor to our room was used as a storage area for chairs and on occasions catering and cleaning equipment. However the main problem was noise. The room above appeared to be used as a communal area and whilst the noise wasn’t excessive it did last on occasions until midnight and started again at 5 am. The footsteps etc. were generally not loud enough to wake you in a deep sleep but annoying enough to stop you going back to sleep once awake. If we do stay again would definitely be choosy about the room offered.

Hotel was located farther from the train station than i expected, and was on a seemingly quiet street. wasn't quite the case as a regular stream of loud people walking and chattering late into the night could be heard in the room. very hot season so windows had to be kept wide open as sweating inside. There was one instance of ringing of bells for like 15 min non-stop on a Sun night, not sure why. Fortunately not repeated while there, the hourly ones were short. Has to be said this was the best price I could find within the vicinity, room and toilet facilities were basic but decent. Be warned though, other than shops in the train station, absolutely nothing was open on Sunday including restaurants. Not an exciting town to see either. Bring instant noodles if you must stay.....

As a transit point in and out of the mountains, this hotel in Chur is very suitable. The staff is enthusiastic, the service is professional, the sanitary condition of the hotel is very good, and the rooms are big enough. If it is a temporary one-night stay before going to the mountains, it is very suitable. The hardware conditions are average, but since it is a transit hotel, the requirements are not so high. As the first ancient city in Switzerland, Chur still has a special charm. It is good to spend half a day strolling around. In addition, the canton of Graubingen, where Chur is located, is highly recommended. So far, not many Chinese tourists go to skiing in winter and hiking in summer. This route goes along the periphery of Old Town pedestrian zone, thus avoiding the hassle of dragging unwieldy suitcases over cobblestoned streets as you’d be on level ground or pavement for most of the way. OVERVIEW: The historic building was originally a guildhall dating back to 1464, it has since been refurbished and converted into a small independent inn. This quaint property is steeped in history and full of quirks: the sloping floors, crooked walls, slanting ceilings and exposed wooden beams all add to its authenticity and charm! ROOM: Each of the 13 rooms has its own unique layout and décor – not all have ensuite facilities so be sure to check the room description when booking online. Classic Twin Room was clean and simply furnished with twin beds; pair of bedside tables & reading lamps; wall-mounted TV over a small desk with lamp & chair; wardrobe; and full-length mirror on wall. Tower Fan came in handy during the summer heatwave. BATHROOM: Retro ‘70s style but clean and adequate in size. Furnished with the usual mirror over wash basin, shower stall and toilet. Faint odour in bathroom at times but not pervasive nor unbearable – perhaps some issues with drainage or plumbing? Shower Stall might be a tight fit for guests of larger build but such compact size is quite normal by Swiss standards, especially in older buildings. There was good water pressure and plentiful hot water. Clean bath linen, toilet rolls, box of tissues and basic toiletries e.g. liquid soap provided. F&B: Breakfast Service is 7:30-10:30 and served in Zunftsaal, a traditional dining room with terrace on the 1st floor. Buffet breakfast comprises small selection of breads with jams & butter, cereals and fruits. Assorted cheeses and cold cuts are available on request. Eggs are prepared à la minute according to your preference. Beverage choices include orange juice, milk, tea & coffee. Situated next to the Reception is Zunftstube, a member of the Swiss Gilde of Established Restaurants. We made reservations here at the last minute, picking the hotel for its proximity to the train station. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. We were there during the middle of the week in the off-season, but the service quality was excellent. We ate at the restaurant (we were among a handful of diners that night) not expecting much given the off-season. But the food was excellently prepared with thoughtfulness and high quality ingredients. It's a large hotel, much larger than we expected. Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was a good size.

Stayed here for one night in between trips on the Bernina Express and the Glacier Express. Whilst surrounded by spectacular mountains, the hotel is situated in a soulless commercial area about 2 minutes west of central Chur by train. There is half hourly train service to / from the centre of Chur (which I found similarly lacking in charm). Finding the entrance to the hotel on arrival at Chur West was not that easy, and improved signage from the station would be helpful for first time visitors. If you are travelling with luggage expect a fair walk uphill and some steps along the way. The adjacent shopping centre looked functional enough albeit that, like 99% of businesses in Switzerland, it was closed on our arrival early on a Saturday evening and all day on the Sunday. The hotel itself occupies the first 9 floors of a tower block which I think may have had residential properties or offices above it. The small lobby area was pleasant enough and our check in was smooth, courteous and polite. The room itself was clean and simply furnished, and it offered a fridge, a coffee maker, plenty of power sockets and a decent shower. Breakfast offered a good variety of items but sometimes in modest quantities, probably reflecting the fact that we seemed to be the only guests dining there on the Sunday morning. Some items were sadly of poor quality (the croissants had a dreadfully fatty taste rather than a buttery flavour) and some were poorly prepared (fleshy, fatty bacon is most undesirable). Whilst it was included in our room rate, the walk in cost of breakfast seemed eye-wateringly high given the shortcomings we experienced. Overall, as I’m unlikely to return to Chur I’d be unlikely to stay here again. If I knew anyone visiting the city I’d be unlikely however to recommend the hotel based on my experience which was nothing more than average.

I stayed for 5 nights in January. The car can be parked in front of the room at a motel with a room and lobby away. Be careful on cold days or rainy days. The room was a bit cold for Japanese, but everything I needed was available and I was able to stay comfortably. Breakfast is included in the room rate, so you can have a continental breakfast. There were many military uniforms, probably because it was a base for military movement. In bars and restaurants, English is difficult to understand, but I have a high sensitivity to try to communicate with you. The taste was delicious and the drinks at the bar were brought back to the room so I could drink slowly in the room and relax after work.

The bar wasn’t open a lot of the time and the restaurant was quite soulless. All in all an adequate stay with staff doing their best but not very efficiently run by ***agement it felt. Breakfast a good selection. Restaurant quite expensive comparatively to other places. Felt like a premier inn type stay rather than a hotel, we could have stayed somewhere nicer for the same money.

Rams Inn is definitely a home away from home. The property is in a narrow lane very near to Connaught Place(CP). The location is bang on for a tourist. It has all the restaurants, shopping centers, 2 metro stations, 1 bus station(Shivaji Stadium) a stone throw away. The place is so calm and quiet with a small garden. It's actually a heritage building converted to an inn. So rooms are quaint and fittings are old but functional. Decent for a family stay. We took deluxe rooms that came with garden views and balcony. There is no lift but that wasn't a problem for us. It has a small in-house kitchen that helps in case of kid's needs. Food cooked was really good. I have to thank the room service guys and Heera specially for their warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone for their stay in Delhi as you are right on CP. We loved our stay and definitely come back to Rams Inn if in case we visit Delhi again.

Guest services was a bit spottier: we called down a few times for laundry with no response, and we had two problems with our laundry bill. Room was beautiful and very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation so we didn't get to experience it. Gym is small but gets the job done. Breakfast is very very delicious, and there is a cute bookstore and souvenir shop inside the hotel. Location was convenient for what we needed. Guest services was a bit spottier: we called down a few times for laundry with no response, and we had two problems with our laundry bill. Overall, not quite as professional as the other staff we encountered. We would stay again!

Small hotel, it feels like a villa is a hotel. It still sizzles at around 9:00 in the evening. There is no sound around 12 o'clock. It starts at 5 o'clock in the morning. I don't know if it is the sound of the hotel or the sound of the surrounding area. Hotel towels and other supplies are older, health is also general, but India's health itself is just like that. This hotel has good rooms no doubt. We got clean rooms and bathrooms everything about that was okay but since i booked 2 rooms well in advance one would expect the rooms to be beside each other. At the time of check in we were told since all rooms are booked, we will get 2 rooms in different floors otherwise we can get 2 adjacent rooms in another wing of the hotel. Now to access this other wing one has to go through the terrace, pass the kitchens and then enter the floor. The entrance is dirty, that wing elevator was sticky and absolutely disgusting. Dirty and smudged floors with food. The breakfast was poor but still doable. Room service was good but when you have items on your menu, please stock on the items otherwise we customers have to get our requirements from outside the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We needed a place to rest and repack before our flight. Being from the United States, we were not sure we would find a place. Mr. Vinod Kumar was excellent in accommodating us at the last minute. We had lunch there also. The room was clean and very well appointed for the price! The food was excellent and clean. The espressos were also the best I've had in India and better than the Leela in Delhi! Actually better than any Starbucks as well! When we return to Delhi, we will be back to stay a while!

Hygiene is ok, at least no odor, and the bedding is clean. Breakfast can only be served in the room without the restaurant. Ordered bread and fried eggs and coffee, it tastes good. There is no order for lunch and dinner, but the menu price is quite affordable. WIFI is also fast. Overall it is possible. Let me talk about the shortcomings No free bottled water, no kettle, no hair dryer. The decoration is a bit old. The air conditioner was too old and too noisy. The aircraft roared near the airport. Location is hard to find and needs to go deep into a small alley.
