Checking in was difficult because our code didn't work at first. The unit is great and very light and spacious. The door can NOT be locked from the inside.

Overall great accommodations in a central location. The Cafe was a bonus. I would recommend to all and look forward to a refurn NOLA weekend and staying at the Luzianne!

We had a rocky start to the beginning of our stay, our code didn’t work and we had to call for help. Then our room wasn’t ready despite being sent a text 6 hours earlier saying that our room was ready and we could check in early for an extra $100. We waited for 45 minutes for our room to be ready.
The room was wonderful! It was so clean and pretty. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything but far away enough from all the noise.
I would 100% stay here again. It was worth it.

This place is a must to stay in if you are in NOLA. It is in a great neighborhood. Quite. Great walking distance to the French Quarter. The apar**ent was great. So cozy and great to stay there. It was a home away from home

Beautiful and clean. Walkable to all the sights we wanted to see. Bed VERY comfortable. We were missing dish washing detergent, a second roll of toilet paper, etc but when requested they were provided. Wouldn’t stay here again because shower was lukewarm at best, as other reviewers have noted. It was a bummer.

Great place to stay in NOLA, especially for a family vacation. Far from the noise of the French Market, but still close enough to get there walking.

Great unit that was beautifully designed and well-appointed. There are many good dining options in the area and it’s walkable to the French Quarter.
The only minor downside was the single bed, which had a thin mattress that was a little uncomfortable. The two kings beds were very nice and comfortable.
