We just returned from a wonderful 6-night stay at The Ritz Carlton-NoMad. The hotel is a great addition to Nomad. It is centrally located near Madison Square Park, Union Square and the R line subway entrance is steps away from the entrance. The Executive Lounge is amazing! The food from Jose Andres Group was delicious with many options during their all-day service. The view from the windows cannot be beat. Every member of the Executive Lounge staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and luxurious starting with David, the Executive Club Manager and the wonderful staff, Juan, Juan Carlos, Yolanda, Wendy, Brenda, Brendan & Shane. They made our stay very special. We booked the Manhattan Club Level Room on the 37th floor. It was spacious and modern, and the Ritz Carlton bed was very comfortable, as usual. The unobstructed view from our room was stunning with an enormous picture window overlooking the city towards Downtown. We have already made reservations for a return stay in December.

Set Loft Suit for three nights, very amazing! The location is excellent (the first shake shack in the park downstairs), and good restaurants nearby can walk. The room type is square and the electrical facilities are complete. The lobby checkin is waiting for drinks, and the elevator diversion is very user-friendly (because I don't like sharing elevators with strangers). The bedding and bathrobe texture are so comfortable! On the 25th floor, you can see the Empire State Building directly on one side of the window on both sides, and the sunset view of the skyline on the other side. room service is also great, the only downside is that the phone answering is slower (basically it takes three times to answer). We checked out at 5 am and the waiters were enthusiastic to help us take our luggage to the car. Very comfortable experience, the overall feeling is much better than the Times Square tour in all aspects, has booked a room for the next few days, still live here.

Must talk about it. Hotel location, service and hygiene, not to mention, anyway, generally pass. The breakfast was really good, things were basically the same every day, and I was tired for six days. By the way, breakfast is free to eat, no matter your room rate includes breakfast, just go down to the first floor to eat, no one cares, no breakfast coupons. What I want to say this time is that the hotel's checkout will not be refunded if you charge more! It was a very irresponsible and unreasonable hotel. Later, under the coordination of Ctrip, a part was returned, and Ctrip helped me to pay the rest. Thanks for Ctrip's support! The hotel received $ 162.76, but in the end it charged me $ 413.41, more than $ 250! The pre-authorization at check-in was only $ 187.76, and the front desk had no objection to the pre-authorization account at check-out. The remaining part was charged without my knowledge after leaving. What is the difference between stealing and stealing? And they are all received by mistake, and some fees are repeatedly collected. Later, with the help and coordination of Ctrip, the hotel promised to refund some of the fees that were repeatedly charged, and the overcharge of the front desk staff caused by their own mistakes was 125 dollars, and it was not refundable! Totally rogue behavior! In the end, Ctrip advanced the 125 US dollars equivalent to RMB and returned it to me. Thanks again for Ctrip's support! Once again, please pay attention to the hotel bill when you check out, including after leaving. Here's the thing. Great location in Midtown, just blocks from the Empire State Building, Macy's, and several dining and breakfast options. Easy walk to subway and even Times Square (20 minutes). Rooms are small, but clean and very comfortable. (We were impressed by how much storage space was available in the room.) Amenities are not fancy (small restaurant with limited options, small gym), but it's an excellent starting point for exploring the city. There was some noise bleed from neighboring rooms, but none from outside.

Amazing hotel in the best area , close to everything . Hotel itself clean , cute cozy. Room is very decent, we see the Empire State from our room , breakfast has hot and cold stuff and to go food if you want for a snack , I loved their coffee. People from reception, breakfast team, housekeeping are decent , helpful and working hard. They hv a cozy cute table downstairs for a drink or the 26th floor which is the top notch to see NY and direct to the Empire State. My only recommendation pls do a deep clean for the carpet in z rooms as we noted stains . I def recommended and will go there again and again

”Hip” and ”boutique” has become a metaphor for dirty and unclean. The ”hotel room” was bare bones, dirty, with previous guests used personal toys left behind end tables. The small kitchen was barely usable - no under cabinet lighting, no dishwasher, small fridge, coffee maker dirty and unclean, same for the broken toaster, no dishwashing soap for even the small amount of utensils and glassware. No effort was made to clean underneath the bed; the bed itself sagged. The room view is into tenement like housing (if I wanted a West Side Story experience, I would go to the theater rather than pay for this cheap ...calling it a hotel is a stretch). The balcony is a joke (at worse a hazard (make sure the balcony door is locked.) The corner space between the top mattress and boxspring was dirty, crumbs, dust, etc - clearly had not been vacuumed or cleaned since the Roosevelt administration. Wi-Fi is subpar. Another effort by a non-corporate hospitality company (or whoever owns this dump) to milk tourists who come to New York by renovating whatever this building used to be into a sub standard ”hotel” rooms and skating by on ”location.”

I was told that the suite that had been booked and paid for the full amount was gone, downgraded to the standard room, and the front desk girl said that I posted two breakfasts. As a Ctrip card user, this is the first time. She said that the room was broken and needed to be repaired. I asked when I could change back to the suite. She explained that after waiting for someone to check out. When, don't know! Obviously it was over, our room was for others. She added that you will feel that the standard room is good, the sofa bed in the suite is not comfortable, and it is better for the child to squeeze with the adults. Our time difference problem is really too tired to think about theory. The next day, I contacted Ctrip, and the customer service paid great attention to it and handled it properly. thank you very much.

The Hotel Hayden is never to be stayed at again for failing to meet even these basics and more. It is located in a popular and central area of Manhattan. That is it's only positive feature. The following is our list of our experiences as they affected our stay and the overall safety (standards) of our stay. NO WORKING PHONES IN THE HOTEL. Phones in rooms, hallways do not work. We asked the desk about this and they said simply, Yes our phones don't work! Anyone staying in this hotel, with medical needs, in distress, in emergencies like power outages or fires are PUT IN DANGER without direct contact with hotel staff and/or other emergencies services. Take an elevator or the stairs to access help from staff. This is complete unbelievable and puts this hotel in violation of multiple laws and in provision of the basic customer service(s). BOUGHT OUR OWN PILLOW at a local department store. Having a severe allergy to feather pillows, I usually get a synthetic/foam pillow from even the most basic of hotel, even hostel. After 2 hours of waiting, going to down to the lobby, because we couldn't call from our room, they provided a stack of bath towels. No joke. This was all they had in the entire hotel. ZERO QUALITY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff, which were present sometimes, lacked personality, presence and concern for anything, including simple hellos, room requests, spending most of their time on their own personal phones. While accessing the only ice machine in this 100+ room hotel, in the basement, I was told by the only positive staff member (security) that most attention is put on the parties they book and the club nights they offer to the public. The party happening that night had underage guests who were drunk and like other nights that followed, were allowed to roam freely. Security and staff were always thin on response and action. Honestly, this hotel, should it still not have active phone lines, is without question the most unsafe hotel we have ever stayed at. We seriously thought of contacting local fire services to inform them of the safety violations for this hotel. We are glad to have left and would never under any circumstance tell anyone to stay here.

Nice hotel situated around 15 mins max walk to Times Square. In the flower district with lots of eateries close by. Subway at the end of the street. Really helpful receptionists at all times. Waited for a high level room but honestly not worth it as no view, property is surrounded by higher buildings. We had a deluxe king. Lots of room, big bed. Very small bathroom that you have to manoeuvre to get into! Shower was ‘ok’, always hot but not necessarily powerful. Nice touch to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, my only criticism is that the body wash smelt like washing up liquid! The floor in our room made it sound like we were wearing high heels. I’m not sure why but you couldn’t sneak to the bathroom quietly! Other than the roof top bar there are no provisions for breakfast/hot drinks etc other than what is in your room. Housekeeping on day 3 only. They will change towels, provide more coffee etc on demand. As we stayed for 4 nights we asked for housekeeping on day 2 and they accommodated us no problem. All in all, a great location for a stay in NY

The hotel is conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan, with a wide selection of food, drink and entertainment. For Manhattan, the room size is OK, the twin room is booked, each bed is not small, and two people sleep enough. Shower gel shampoo lotion is a brand of neutrogena. Not very satisfied with the place: First, when you sleep, the sheets are always separated from the quilt; second, the breakfast is expensive and not good.

I moved from a Times Square hotel where my room was old and the size of a closet to the Renaissance Chelsea. I used points for the stay and the manager Jessica greeted me by name and told me that she had been working on my reservation and was happy to upgrade me to a suite. They offered the standard points and also offered points in lieu of breakfast, along with a late checkout. This was wonderful and much appreciated. What I appreciated even more was the beautiful, spacious, clean suite with a fabulous view of the Empire State Building and New York City. Beautiful art throughout and nice clean furniture. Even though the room as ADA, it was still nice and I felt so relaxed in this space vs coming from a space that was brown, small, noisy and hot/humid. Oh, they also gave me a brand new (still in the package) compact umbrella for the threatening evening rain. - I will definitely stay here on my next trip to NYC!
