Nice hotel in a good location. We always felt safe. Rooms were small but we expected that but they were well equipped, coffee machine, hairdryer, shampoo etc and cleaned every day. Reception staff were lovely and helpful, especially the two young men who worked of an evening. Would definitely stay again.

The elevator is small and slow, it takes more than ten minutes to wait. Close to Times Square, police sirens blare all night and there are many homeless people.

The room was very clean and tidy. More convenient for passing through accommodation.

Very good and convenient transportation

I didn't have breakfast included in my order, and there are shops and small shops near 8th/9th Ave that are very convenient to buy. One day, I specially tried the hotel's breakfast. Although it is not like the buffet breakfast in other hotels, there is only one serving with a glass of juice and hot drinks, but the taste is quite good. A single order costs about $15-20.

The facilities are very old, the door was locked on the second day of check-in. The tableware for breakfast was dirty with lipstick marks on it. There is no drinking water in the room. But it is relatively close to the convention and exhibition center, and the transportation is very convenient.

Good location, but the room is too small

The location is easy to find and there are shops nearby too! The staff at the front desk is very nice and will answer our questions in detail. The only thing is that you can check-in at 4 pm. Friends who arrive on an early flight can store their luggage and go out for a walk, and then check in.

Pros: clean, modern, comfy beds, lots of outlets and USB plugs in the room, free wifi, you can chromecast on the TV in the room, locked room for your luggage if you need to arrive early or has a late flight, "free" welcome drinks (it's included in ur resort fee). Cons: Room 1002 washroom has a weird smell. Breakfast wasn't included in my rates but there are so many good options just a short walk away. All in all, I would recommend!

The staff at this property was generally friendly and helpful. In a good location in terms of transportation, restaurants, etc. The gym is very lackluster; ended up going to Planet Fitness a couple of blocks away. The elevators are a nightmare. There are only 2 elevators for 25 floors, and apparently, there are no service elevators. Multiple times, we had to wait several minutes for an elevator only to have it open and not be able to get in because it was full of service carts, etc. There's also nowhere to put things in the room. I was there for a week, and there's one little rack to hang things.

Get the parking, only a couple of blocks away, but makes a world of difference. Easy walking distance to midtown and west side. Love the free cocktail daily. Room on the small side but only sleeping there! Bathroom great size!

The room was small but I enjoyed having hardwood floors as opposed to carpet. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately I disliked the slow elevators and the location of the hotel. For a last minute reservation it was a good price point and that this is one of the nicer 3* hotels that I have stayed at in Manhattan.

Very convenient location. Lobby is very clean and has a laid back vibe. Love the two free welcome drinks at bar lobby. Rooms are small but very clean and beds are comfy. Bathroom is quite spacious for NYC. Yvette at front desk super friendly. Come to nyc a few times a year will definitely stay here again
