"I only stayed one night, and the positive feedback is really for the front desk staff. They were very polite and had a great attitude. However, the shower only had lukewarm water at night, which wasn't suitable for my child, and barely acceptable for an adult. It wasn't particularly clean either; I had to use my own towels. They gave me a room in a somewhat secluded spot, and it was a bit noisy outside. I was so exhausted that I just drifted in and out of sleep. The location is quite convenient though, as it's just a few minutes' walk to Jungceylon."

"This hotel is hugely cheap. Because I want to stay for one night, I will go to the beach the next day. I am not very prepared before I come. After the result arrived, I found that this price is really cost-effective to live in such a room."

"We stayed at the hotel from 26–30 June and had such a wonderful experience. The hotel is newly opened (since April), and everything feels fresh, modern, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of choices, and we really enjoyed having access to the gym and two swimming pools. The location is also excellent—only about a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to many restaurants, Tops, and 7-Eleven, plus it’s not far from the airport. I booked our stay through Trip.com and accidentally selected the wrong bed type. Before arriving, I called the hotel to request a bed change, ask about early check-in since our flight landed early, and also mentioned a possible room upgrade if available. To our surprise, when we arrived, we received such a warm welcome and were kindly upgraded to a better room. A special thank you to Khun Gam and Khun Miew for taking such great care of us. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made our stay feel like a five-star experience. On our departure day, our flight was scheduled for later in the evening, and Khun Dome at the front desk kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which we really appreciated. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day by Khun Jeap. It was always spotless, smelled fresh, and all amenities were replenished daily. Thank you as well to the bellboys who greeted us warmly from the moment we arrived, and to the restaurant team during breakfast for their professionalism, friendly service, and the high quality of the food. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay. We would happily return again in the future🙏🏼"

"The room was clean and full of amenities. The water was strong and the air conditioning was working properly. The check in process was wired we had waited for 30 mins and no one showed up we did call to the property contact but the only answer was the housekeeper would come but no one showed up only a child in the office and he didn’t know how to do, the other guests also waited with us. Finally we ask the child to get someone so he went to call to housekeeper and then someone showed up and handed us the key card."

"Our stay at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort was fantastic! The room was spacious and spotless, and the balcony offered direct sea views – perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning and enjoying the sunset in the evening, creating a wonderful ambiance. The staff were warm and attentive, and being able to communicate in Chinese made the check-in process very efficient. The hotel is conveniently located near Kata Beach, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Getting around by taxi was easy. The pool area was elegant and peaceful. Overall, our vacation comfort was maximized, the facilities were well-maintained, and the value for money was outstanding. I highly recommend this resort for a Phuket vacation and will definitely choose to stay here again."

"Location: The hotel is about a 3-minute walk from Rawai Beach. Strolling out of the alley at sunset felt wonderfully nostalgic, like going back to my grandma's house when I was a child. We barely took any taxis during our stay here. Rawai Seafood Market is also within a 30-minute walk, and there are many 7-Elevens and restaurants nearby, making the location very convenient. Service: I have to thank the front desk lady. I accidentally dropped my wallet with several hundred RMB in it when checking in the night before, and I didn't even realize it was missing until she handed it back to me the next morning. She was very friendly and answered all our questions. Environment & Hygiene: The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spacious, perfect for Chinese guests, with a dedicated balcony for drying clothes, which is a big plus. Although the pool is small, I saw staff cleaning it daily. The only minor downsides were the low water pressure in the shower, meaning the water flow wasn't great. Also, if your room is on the second floor, you'll need to carry your luggage up and down, which can be a bit inconvenient. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we come back to Phuket."

"Hidden gem, highly recommend! This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel for a relaxing getaway. It's even better than the 1-2k baht hotels I've stayed at before on Patong Beach! The hotel offers paid services like a restaurant, sauna, and ice bath, all with excellent service and quality. The facilities and environment are also fantastic, and the rooms are clean, hygienic, and comfortable. Just book it, you won't regret it!"

"I wanted to upload a video, but it turns out there's no such option here on Trip.com, so I took screenshots instead. I'll upload the video to Google Maps. I stayed for three nights, and the room exceeded my expectations! It was large, clean, and bright. The fridge, kettle—everything was clean and in working order. They provided water and instant coffee. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. There was a working elevator and hot water. I'm mentioning these basic things as positives because, having traveled in Asia, accessible hot water, a good air conditioner, and no insects in the room are often pleasant bonuses rather than the norm. There's a rooftop pool with a shower, toilet, and sun loungers nearby. I was on the 4th floor, room 424, and the balcony overlooked the hotel entrance. The only downside is that the nightlife noise is audible until 4:00 AM. However, if you close the very thick curtains, it becomes much quieter. The noise didn't bother me personally. Overall, it's a very good hotel, and I recommend it!"

The entire hotel has a very fresh, contemporary feel, and the rooms are kept perfectly clean and comfortable. What I loved most was the location—it strikes the perfect balance. You are within easy walking distance to Patong Beach, local night markets, and plenty of dining options, yet the hotel sits on a quiet street away from the main road's noise, ensuring a restful night. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free place to stay in Patong!"
