"The room was clean and full of amenities. The water was strong and the air conditioning was working properly. The check in process was wired we had waited for 30 mins and no one showed up we did call to the property contact but the only answer was the housekeeper would come but no one showed up only a child in the office and he didn’t know how to do, the other guests also waited with us. Finally we ask the child to get someone so he went to call to housekeeper and then someone showed up and handed us the key card."

"I stayed here for 2 days, and overall it was good. It's not far from the beach, and the market and shopping mall are just a 2-minute walk away. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly. On the downside, there's a large deposit of 1000 baht, which can be hard to spend if you're leaving directly for the airport and traveling alone. The mattress was too soft, which isn't ideal for anyone with back issues. The balcony isn't big, but it has a table and chairs. However, the AC unit's outdoor condenser blows directly on you, making it feel like an oven and quite uncomfortable to be out there. There was also a slight, unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which is probably why there were air fresheners everywhere. The room itself wasn't very noisy, but on the balcony or outside, the noise can be irritating because the hotel is on a small street surrounded by tall buildings, creating a lot of echoes. For a short stay, it's perfectly fine."

The entire hotel has a very fresh, contemporary feel, and the rooms are kept perfectly clean and comfortable. What I loved most was the location—it strikes the perfect balance. You are within easy walking distance to Patong Beach, local night markets, and plenty of dining options, yet the hotel sits on a quiet street away from the main road's noise, ensuring a restful night. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free place to stay in Patong!"

"I stayed at this hotel in May 2026. It's brand new, everything is spotless and very pleasant. Right behind the hotel, there's a mini-market with cafes, fresh fruit, and even a pharmacy (prices there are lower than in Patong, specifically at that pharmacy). A bit further, you'll find a 7/11 and Tops. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away. I highly recommend it! I had a room without breakfast, but I imagine it's good there too."

"We stayed here for a month. The location was convenient, and having parking was a plus for us. Our room was always cleaned whenever we put up the sign. The room itself was good, and we had the sunny side. Overall, if you're out exploring all day and just need a place to sleep, I highly recommend it. It's great value for money."

If I hadn't planned to go to Chiang Mai afterward, I would have seriously considered changing my flight just to stay longer. 🥹 It's a relatively new hotel, and the staff's service attitude is outstanding. No matter what they're doing, the moment they see you, they'll smile and greet you – it really makes you feel valued. The front desk offers complimentary fruits and drinks. They're also very relaxed about check-out; I left a little after 12 PM without any issues. Late at night, a staff member even came to my room to confirm my breakfast order for the next day – truly excellent service. The hotel's scenery is exactly as pictured; the ocean is right across, and watching the sunset from the room is incredibly beautiful. It's only a five-minute walk to the beach, but unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to go that day. The hotel also has many recreational activities, but I didn't have time to experience any of them as I checked out the next day. I really regret only staying for one night! It's also only a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. I am beyond satisfied with every aspect of this hotel. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Its only drawback is being a bit far from the city center. I rarely leave reviews on Ctrip, but this hotel genuinely impressed me. It's a life-changing hotel! 😭"

"The room was decent. It was a last-minute trip, and with fewer hotel options during the New Year, this new hotel was a good pick due to its reasonable price and convenient location. There's a 7-Eleven right around the corner from the alley, and it's also very close to the Smartbus stop for the airport. The breakfast was good too; it's à la carte, not a buffet! The small bar by the pool had a great vibe in the evening!"
