The staff are very friendly and welcoming and helpful nothing is to much trouble. The rooms are clean and to a good standard and also the breakfast is excellent and well set out. The beds are comfortable and we always get a good night's sleep Many Thanks to the staff with always enjoyed our stay Felicity.

Fine, does the job. Bathroom not great, no movable shower head and poor ventilation, with no bath mat. Bed comfy enough but lack of air conditioning meant it got very stuffy in the room. Reception staff were very friendly and check-in was seamless.

Stay was fine, bed comfy enough, room on top floor quiet, (apart from being woken by the cleaner bashing about the door with the hoover in morning!) Attention to detail in terms of cleanliness possibly a bit lacking, but nothing major.

Staff friendly which was great just a few issues with noise and rooms not being up to a good standard.

I stopped using Travelodge after they started accepting bookings from local authorities, it made them unsafe places for families, however I decided to give them another go. If you are considering staying here then I would probably consider staying elsewhere. We asked for a cot to be placed in our room well ahead of time and it was confirmed that there would be one. We turned up at reception only to be told by the receptionist that there wasn’t one in our room. The room was dirty, there was a suspicious white sticky liquid on the curtains and marks all over the walls. It is very noisy in the room with noise coming from both inside and outside the hotel. The only saving grace was the breakfast which was very good with a great choice.

What a lovely stay. A warm welcome on arrival. My room on 4th floor fantastic views overlooking Keele. Room immaculately clean. Hotel quiet inside and out. Ideal for Newcastle Town Centre and Keele University. Outstanding breakfast with lovely hot food. Reception staff Sarah and Shaun were a delight to meet and they were delighted to help to ensure my stay was perfect. I will definitely stay here again.

I'd previously booked a superior room here on another occasion, and booked again on the Saturday night of a Bank Holiday weekend on that basis - but in a standard double room. The room was tiny for the £90.00 paid for the night (no breakfast). There was an awful smell coming from outside at about 3am which persisted until after 5am. Unfortunately the room was too hot, so I couldn't close the window and then suffocate! The room was spotlessly clean, but way too small for the fee - and their brand of sachet coffee is awful, so take your own! I'll be booking a more premier inn for my next stay!

Was amazing, perfect bedroom size even for a travel cot too. The breakfast was amazing and so much choice for my 9 month old.
