"It was a great stay, hotel location is great, near to the falls. Room was big and looks like recently renovated, so all clean and nice. There are multiple restaurants and gaming arcades in the building. Couldn’t ask for more"
"I used it during my business trip and I was able to spend the perfect day on my business trip. I plan to use it again on my next business trip and thank you for your excellent service."

"Location: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe.
Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !!
Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself.
Cleanliness: Great Job !!"
"The old hotel is decorated in a classic and elegant location, a few minutes from the Falls Park, and there is a viewing room on the roof to see the Niagara River and the waterfall (the last two pictures). Free coffee, hot water and lemonade are provided on the first floor all day, as well as green tea and cocoa bags. The room was clean and comfortable. The most important thing is that every front desk clerk is very good, warm and welcoming. Especially moving was that before I checked out that morning, I suddenly had a huge stomachache in the room. The front desk helped to call an ambulance to take me to the hospital and told me not to worry about the room. After the treatment, it was 5:30 pm. I returned to the room to pack my things and check out. I asked how much money I had to pay for the late check-out. The front desk manager said that I didn't need to pay any more money. I was fine. The most important thing! It's really touched to hear such a word, such a humane hotel that makes people feel warm is worth a super five-star evaluation!"
"The landlord’s wife did a good breakfast, the room was very beautiful, the door lock was a bit old, and it was a bit far from the Great Waterfall, so it was fine to drive."

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location, right next to the waterfall park. It only takes 3-4 minutes to walk to watch the fireworks at night. The service is also good. The free chocolate cake placed in the lobby is very delicious, with a strong chocolate flavor. There is also free lemonade and hot water. The room is spacious and clean. High cost performance!
WWai Chiu William LauEverything is great about this hotel, very spacious and Caroline at the the front desk is very pleasant and helpful. The only complaint is the aircon/heater unit in the room is very noisy, as it's not central air.
TTh14888The room was clean and large, the amenities are ok if a bit dated.
Some cons: there was a hidden $20 “resort fee” that is charged as part of your holding deposit that is not refunded.
Each time you enter the hotel you have to cross the ****** floor and potentially produce ID.
There isn’t much nearby in the way of shops, restaurants, etc.
They even charge you for bottled water, so best to bring your own or get some from 7/11.
AAhujaExcellent Hotel Excellent Location Excellent Staff Excellent Food Excellent amenities- Very conveniently located near Niagra Falls . The staff was very very cooperative and provided us the Tea and cooking’s etc on arrival without any charge and also check in was complete in just two minutes- Room was spacious and everything was good
NNicoleI came during the epidemic, so there is no cleaning service, but the hotel is very new, the corridor is very beautiful, there is a Starbucks on the first floor, but it is closed because of the epidemic. It is very close to the waterfall. It is a three-minute drive. The hotel has a free parking lot. Parking at the waterfall is $10 each. Haven't eaten the hotel breakfast. The room I stayed in was very large. It was a corner room with two large floor-to-ceiling windows. However, because the hotel is relatively short, there are only three or four floors with average views. The overall hygiene is quite good, that is, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or something is not disposable, it is the kind of three bottles filled with a lot of liquid.
GGuest UserGood location! It's walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park about 6 min. The room was big enough, a little outdated room but the bed was great and comfortable. It's perfect place if you are looking for an affordable room just for sleep. Generally, hotels in NY side of Niagara Falls are outdated to compare to Canadian side. I am satisfied with this stay!
GGuest UserWe stayed for two nights and did not set the do not disturb function, but the room was not cleaned. The service attitude of the restaurant was very poor, probably because we are Chinese. My daughter speaks very good English, but she basically ignored me. I booked a room for two days, and on the second day I went to the restaurant and was told that we only had breakfast for one day. I went to the front desk to find it again, and it was only then that I could get it. This is also a five-star hotel. In a word, it is a pain to stay in a hotel abroad, and Ctrip has no advantages abroad.
세세계 출장중The hotel was spacious and tidy, so I used it comfortably. It was very close to the waterfall, so it was easy to use. The restaurant food is delicious
XXiaoxiaosouThe room is sealed and the air circulation is by air conditioning. The facilities are old and the air conditioning is very noisy. It is so noisy that you can't sleep when it is turned on, and it feels stuffy when it is turned off. The floor does not feel very clean.
DDANJINGThe family drove to Niagara Falls to play in the hotel near the waterfall. The hotel is opened by Indians. It is obvious that there are more guests in India and Pakistan, and breakfast can still be full. There are bread, milk, yogurt, eggs and homemade waffle cake. The hotel room is also relatively large, the double bed is also large, the sanitary conditions are OK, and it is more convenient to drive from the waterfall for seven or eight minutes. There is an Italian restaurant near the hotel, and it is convenient to eat. It is still possible from the price/performance ratio.
