all good i like the place clean and all walking distance love it so much

The staff were really friendly. They need to do a lot of upgrading on their rooms especially the washroom. The bed is not comfortable. The plus factor is the location which is really close to the amusement park and you can walk to some of the attractions that's located on the Clifton Hill.

Friendly staff, breakfast is very acceptable, room was very clean. Pool is cold but the hot tub and sauna are nice.

The hotel is nice, the location is perfect - the Niagara Falls are just in few minutes walk.

Location is awesome close to Clifton hill but hotel is old .There is no microwave and Refrigerator in room .Bed is no good it’s make noise and pillows very very bad I end up neck pain and can’t sleep properly.Breakfast is terrible (bread,apple,orange and banana)I won’t recommend to anyone better pay little more and stay in Fairfield or some other hotels . Elevator is bad and too slow ..

Straight forward and accommodating! Definitely reccomend to out of towners and locals. The coffee and tea in the breakfast room are 24hrs, major perk!

One night stay on the way to the east coast. Within walking distance of the falls and a good value.

The room on the first floor has a musty smell as soon as you enter. The window faced the street outside, and the sounds of cars and people on the street could be heard clearly, and they didn't stop until after one o'clock in the evening. The curtains could not be closed and the coverage was incomplete. There was a ten centimeter gap on both sides of the window. I asked for a room change and was told there was no room available. Will not stay at days inn again

Breakfast was great. The location is also good. The service was good. One regret is that the transportation is inconvenient. still satisfied

I liked how close the hotel was to Niagara Falls. Breakfast was included. The hotel was clean which was good.

There was a fire commotion at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. After all, it was a malfunction, so it was good, but I was worried because there was no explanation from the hotel. Also there was a small cockroach in the room.

Staff did there best. However despite the listing which clearly states no credit card necessary the gave me a hassle luckily the manager let it go. But im not sure what i was charged as a deposit there very short with patrons. Parking was extra which i wasnt expecting for guests. Also there was no nearby parking as they apparently have limited space so i had to park about 10 minutes away yet im paying additional to listed price and yet i cant even park nearby. Also heater wasnt working in the room as the buttons are broken they sent someone up which had to use there knee to push the heater back into the wall for it to work and now its stuck on the set temperature. Hot tub was dirty had brown stuff floating around. Pool was nice although half empty but it will do. The benefit is it is close to the *****.

I’ve stayed here a few times now. Usually get a room with a jacuzzi in it but the hotel has a pool and a hot tub. Close to everything. We will stay there again.
