The Building is older but well kept. The food was ok. But what We Liked most was that it was clean.

Very convenient, there are Starbucks, Burger King, stop & shop, gas station within walking distance, near the lake and seaside, walking and running is also good. The service attitude is superb.

Room was clean and comfortable but needed some repairs and painting. There was an obvious water stain on the ceiling. Breakfast was definitely lacking in food selections.

We checked in ok, then went into the room on the first floor, it was filthy very dusty and had paint chips all over the carpet, called the desk and they gave us another room, it was ok still dirty, but no paint chips on the floor, the beds were supposed to be queen but they were double and very uncomfortable, breakfast was supposed to be at 7:00 we checked it out at 7:15 and there was nothing there, shower water pressure was very low,

The room wasn't made up when they assigned us the room. Had to get my room switched and made us re-wait in the long long and staff made it seem like I was bothering them to make the switch

Great stay - especially for the price. Motel staff was very helpful during check in. Rooms were clean, very comfortable, and good size. Breakfast was basic but included. AC unit was extremely loud on the 2nd night (much colder outside so it ran more frequently).
