The location of the hotel is good, very close to the old NICE. There are a lot of cafe and restaurant within walking distance. There are also car park nearby, with EURO 28/day. The hotel is very basic and old. The carpet is very old, but I think it is clean. The room size is ok.

In order to watch the Carnival parade, we specially booked a garden-view balcony room, which is right next to the parade route. You can watch it without buying a ticket. In fact, the sea-view room has a better view. But because it's along the street, it's very noisy at night. There are too many motorcycles in Nice, so don't book it if you are sensitive to noise. The hotel is actually very small and there is no refrigerator in the room. The attitude of the front desk and breakfast staff was pretty good.
