Location is not far from downtown, also breakfast is good,but reservation is too slow, asking too many questions. This was frustrating

Nice hotel experience, staff is great and the rooms are clean and modern. If you’re a foreigner you may want to bring an adapter, I’ve stayed in about 30 hotels in China and this is one of very few that didn’t have the universal power outlet. The pool was clean and held the right temperature 😌

I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway. It seems to have been renovated. The environment is very good. The service provided by the guest host is OK. I chose the D room facing the south. The view is very good and it faces the park. Very good.

We checked in at 12:40 that afternoon. We arrived at the room at 12:45. As soon as we entered the room, the room was not cleaned and the universal room card was still in the room. The toothbrush used by the previous guest, the water he drank, and the pillow with a disposable set were placed there. The toilet also had a disposable toilet seat with excrement on it. It was really disgusting. I called the lobby for the first time at 12:50. I waited in the room for ten minutes but no one came. I called the second time and he told me that someone had been sent. After another ten minutes, no one came because I came back to do some work. I had just arrived after working for four hours and wanted to take a break before going out to do some work. I called the third time 20 minutes after entering the room. The lobby told me that someone had been sent and was urging me. I waited in the room for another five minutes but no one came. I saw someone cleaning next door and asked him to come and communicate. He told me that the lobby had just sent a message in the work group to ask someone to come. He told me that it was a mistake by the newcomer and the uncleaned room was marked as cleaned in the background. I waited in the room for half an hour. I wanted someone to solve the problem, not to listen to your excuses. No one came. We went to find someone ourselves, but we couldn't make the decision. We had to apply for a change of room. The price is not low for a four-star hotel. Hygiene is the most important issue. The management didn't pay attention to it. Two departments shirked their responsibilities. There was no apology. They just asked us to change the room. The soundproofing of the room we changed was not good. The construction outside was very noisy. The lobby didn't take the initiative to inform us of the location of the laundry room and the hotel's special projects. I have stayed in more than one four-star hotel of the same price. It's not the first time I've stayed at Sunshine Howard Johnson. It's far different from the previous time I stayed. I paid the deposit in cash. When I checked out, he wanted to check and I waited for more than ten minutes. Finally, I told the front desk about the previous incident. The lady at the front desk refunded me first and apologized to me. If the housekeeping service is so short of people, you can recruit. There are so many hotels of the same price. I came to stay because I stayed in your hotel before and thought it was okay. It was to avoid hygiene and service issues. I was very disappointed this time.

I specifically requested a quiet room and no corner room on the platform, but I was given a corner room facing the road with poor sound insulation. There was no chain in the room, and the shower facilities were not very useful. The hygiene and service attitude were OK.

The transportation is very convenient, and it is easy to travel. It is close to the place where children play football and Tianyi Pavilion. The suite we booked is quite large, with 2 rooms, 1.8m and 1.35m beds. The hotel is next to the viaduct, so it is convenient to drive in and out. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor has set meals, which are quite affordable! The hotel housekeeper Xiao Xu has a good service attitude and can respond to customer needs quickly! There is a large park opposite the hotel, with a nice environment!
