"Nice dinner, definitely get the chargrilled pork as main, juicy and tender, the sauce worked perfectly with the rice and the meat! I was a bit disappointed that I have to leave early and missed the breakfast to get to the airport, however they prepared me a onigiri bento breakfast to bring along, truly amazing and appreciated."
"The room is very spacious, with separate bathroom, washroom and shower room. Both bedrooms are equipped with high-power air conditioners, Dyson humidifiers and heating and cooling fans. The living room and other spaces are also very large.
Ershi's meals are also carefully prepared. When dining in the room, the staff will deliver the meals to the room and introduce them one by one. The complimentary drinks are also plentiful and the pudding is very delicious.
There are no private hot springs. The public hot springs have two indoor and outdoor pools, with a capacity of 9 people. Bath towels, towels, and various toiletries are provided. The room is equipped with yukata socks, which is very thoughtful."

"It's a small hotel. There are two old people at the reception. The environment is very friendly and family-friendly. There are few people in the hot spring, so it is very comfortable. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs, and the water temperature is also marked. The experience is good. The breakfast and dinner are also rich, with many varieties and good taste."
"Stayed at Adex Inn Hotel and had a great experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk to 地狱谷 (Jigokudani / Hell Valley), making it super convenient for sightseeing.
One of the best added values is the access to the open-site onsen facilities, which really enhanced the overall stay and relaxation.
The room is a bit small, but that’s expected in Japan — especially considering the very reasonable pricing. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money stay. Highly recommended for travelers who want convenience and a relaxing onsen experience!"
"When I arrived at Noboribetsu JR Station and called the hotel, I was told that they could not send a car to pick me up. However, the bus to the hotel is very convenient. It is only a one-minute walk from the bus. There is also a bus outside the hotel that goes directly to the airport, which is very convenient.
The breakfast and dinner were excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful! Overall very satisfied."
"The hot springs, services and facilities are first-class! Breakfast and dinner are included, all of which are delicious. Various meats and seafood are good, and rice is also delicious, but the space is limited and you can't eat too much. It's not far to walk to Jigokudani, and you can reach it on foot."
"Hotel includes dinner and breakfast. Dining is at the ”food hall”, buffet style. Not including the study drinks yen 350. There is a kids corner on the right when entering the cashier counter. The room was on. Japanese style. Maybe due to the environment, the room looks tired. All mental parts were badly rushed in toilet. Car parking is behind the hotel up the hill. Walking to the hell valley is a good 10-15 walk up hill. Could just drive up and park for yen 500.
Overall the place was OK, just old feeling"

Amazing
SSonniaA big thumb up to Noboribetsu Onsenkyo Takinoya! Its half-board experience was top-notch! The butler and staff are very professional and attentive, and the food? Absolutely delicious with stunning presentation! Highly recommended!
MMing Ying YThoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Loved the Japanese vibes & 5 star hospitality. Room is spacious and well maintained. Highlight of our room is the outdoor bath and kaiseki dinner to complete our Japanese ryokan experience. Breakfast was semi buffet style which was slightly lacking in choices & taste wise in my opinion. Location within walking distance to main street and hell’s valley.
EElenalowThe room for 3 pax is big and clean. Friendly staff and the walking distance to Noboribetsu Jigokudani Valley. Their dinner and breakfast buffet have many choices. Please included during your booking. They have many onsen pool to try on. We are satisfied with the stay.
EEveGHotel Mahoroba is a comfortable hotel with public bath included regardless of whether you are using it or not, you will still be charged. It is directly opposite the ropeway to Bear Park so it is an experience to take the ropeway up. There are many souvenir shops opposite the hotel as well as eateries and a convenience shop 7-11. It is within walking distance of to the Hell Valley where the hot springs are. You can also soak your feet at the foot bath at Hell Valley.
If you are lucky enough, you can also see deer in the grassland nearby. Go for the dinner & breakfast included package as there is a wide spread of food at the buffer tables.
AAndersonRossFront desk attendant was very friendly and polite - please be aware that you may have to knock on the glass front door if you do not yet have your access PIN as it is often locked. Small lockers for luggage (backpack size) are available free of charge - you will either require a small padlock or purchase one for just 100yen in the machine next to the lockers. In accordance with its price, the room furnishings are of simple wooden construction but very spacious inside and have a nice natural scent of pine as you sleep 😌. Plenty of shared access amenities such as guest fridge, freezer, microwave, etc. Location is ideal as it is next to JR noboribetsu station, from which you can pay roughly ¥650 for a round trip (12 minutes each way) bus ticket to Hell valley (jigokudani). Incredible alternative to a stay in the large hotels up there for travellers on a budget, particularly as most hotels will sell access to their onsens to non-guests for around ¥2,000!
CChengKeithThe outside of the hotel looks old but the room is renovated and clean. The dinner they bring to the room and serve you and the breakfast are good. The inside onsen are ok with five hot spring but I’m disappointed with the outside onsen, which is small without view. In sum up, service and location are good
HHei LamHotel room was clean. Very nice sulphur onsen. Many noisy tourists. Outdoor parking so you need to remove snow by yourself. Nice buffet dinner and breakfast. Very close to the tourist spot nearby.
Ssuen chrisThe location is very good, the service quality and food quality are very good
First class landscape
But there are too many unruly Chinese and Koreans,
Frequently getting hit in the elevator and not queuing for food.
The bathroom has a general exhaust and smoky feeling
NNe0Hotel was located higher up at noboribetsu. You can take the public bus and alighted at the last bus stop.
Booked a room with a very traditional Japanese style. I need to lay a few mattresses for my sleep.
Hotel has private onsen and a wide variety of breakfast and dinner buffet. Lobby has a supermart which open only at certain timing. There’s few vendor machines available for drinks.
Hotel staffs can speak simple
English.
Make sure you include both as dinning out will be difficult.
Take note u need to have a time table of the public bus to travel around noboribetsu.
