I will start with there were no clean towels on a Saturday so I couldn’t shower until late afternoon. The door handle on the bathroom door broke and nobody even came to look at it let alone fix it. So we had to keep the door open while using the bathroom. The window did not lock we had to wedge a hanger I. The slide so nobody could open it. The pool room was filthy. And again no towels at the pool. There is more but I will just say I will never stay here again.

We checked in and back out immediately. The room smelled terribly like smoke, the toilet was clogged and there was a roach in the bathtub. The staff was very understanding and helped us check out and refunded us without any issues but we were stuck finding a new hotel at 10pm because we had arrived late in the evening.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Numerous food places within a mile. Good breakfast. Nice and clean hot tub and pool. Satisfied with my stay.

The place is old but is in good condition. Staff is friendly and helpful especially the man who does breakfast, such a genuine dude. The hot tub is clean and well maintained, helped me relax after a long day of travel.

The place is quiet and clean. The front desk staff is polite and generous. They inform about the policies and the amenities in a detailed manner. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping mall near by. So overall its a nice place to stay with a decent rate.

I liked the gentleman that made breakfast.. his name was Charlie and I got to spend time talking with him ...
However the halls were dirty.. the rooms were small.... The service at the front desk was not friendly. I got eye rolls when I asked questions.. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The pool was cloudy .. it didn't open till 1pm. The hallway ceiling needed repairs.. they tried to tell my daughter that she had to be out by 9am... Check out is at 11. Not worth the money that I spent at all.

Only problem was the freezer did not keep foods frozen. Other than that everything was excellent.
