there is nothing to do inside or around this property. it's mainly a destination for older folks looking to chill under the sun and use the pool and hang by the beach. drinks are watery and food quality is terrible.
A big problem is "mini bar inside the room" which doesn't exist. we made multiple calls to get some water bottles up to the room, and sometimes it takes 6-7 calls to get somebody up.
i won't stay here again, and i don't recommend others to do that either.

The worst customer service we have ever experienced at an all inclusive. The food was terrible - we both got sick. Customer service can be summed up in one word - apathetic. Other than some bright spots like Gerardo and Victoriano, we never felt welcomed - even at check in. And at check out no one asked about our stay. Even the area surrounding the hotel is not as clean or kept up at surrounding properties. This was our worst vacation in 20 years to all inclusives. I will aim to never stay in a Wyndham again. I feel duped by the four star level that RBC Avion had listed.

We booked this fairly last minute and got what we paid for. My partner and I wanted a quick vacation and expectations weren’t that high. We unfortunately were a bit disappointed with the buffet and food options, although it was edible. Drinks were mediocre. The pools and beach area are quite nice. Overall not the worst but also certainly not top of the line. Staff were overall fairly friendly but only one or two went out of their way to accommodate us.

I liked the service for dinning and the people working in the restaurants all of them very friendly.I didn't like the cleaning in the bathrooms, walls have mold. There is no shampoo.

we attended for a wedding celebration, however, the rooms weren’t like they were pictured here. the management was not helpful with our issues and concerns. The only positive thing during our stay was some of the bartenders and how they tried to help make our stay a bit better. I would recommend another resort.

I loved that it was only a five minute walk to almost every amenitie that the resort had to offer. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The reception staff is pretty bad. They are not friendly and do not take care of the hosts. The property is NOT maintained. Our room had a leak in the bathtub, one of the sink faucets was completely lose, and the balcony sliding door was broken.

We visited this property a year ago and it was fabulous. The staff were exceptional and the food well prepared, the restaurants had a nice a**osphere and most importantly did not require reservations. This is why we returned.
Sadly, things have changed. Last time, we received a glass of champagne and a "welcome to your home" message which was very sweet. This time, the porter said "welcome to your home" like he wanted us to turn back and leave (no champagne, that's ok).
Our room was clean enough, but clearly showed wear on the bathroom counters and particularly on the sofa (marks etc). We had a king bed ocean view suite. There was a place for a chain lock, but it was missing. Still a big plus is the jacuzzi tub on the patio.
There was a big decline in a**osphere, food quality, and presentation at the restaurants. On the website for the hotel, it clearly states "no reservations needed." Well, you need a reservation, though it is not clear why as they were not crowded or anywhere near capacity. One evening at a restaurant, we were one of 6 tables seated in the middle of the restaurant, and the staff forgot to bring us our dinner. They busily worked around us closing and avoiding us then said they had no food left. (We did eventually end up getting some food). Please note we are not fluent Spanish speakers, but we do converse with the waiters in Spanish and they do appreciate it.
All said, I do love the location and the beach, and it is a nice place, but things have declined
