家族でカラオケしたり、ゆっくりお風呂に入ってのんびりしました。なんといっても、谷川岳がとても良く見えて落ち着くお部屋でした。
年末にも、泊まらせてもらいました。
水晶風呂の露天風呂（ひなびた大きな樽風呂でとても気に入っています。
すぐ横には川が流れていて、とても山の中という感じで風情があって心地よい時間でした。

大浴場でのお風呂の種類は多かったので満足。
ただ、バルコニーから川を観ることができるが、バルコニーの劣化が激しく、外に出る気分にはなれなかった。
数年前にも近くの別のホテルで泊まった時に温泉街が楽しかったので、今回も楽しみにしていたが、３つあった遊技場すべて閉まっていて、とても残念だった。
うち２つは廃業で、１つは18時までになったみたい。

家族と一緒に一泊するのに 安くない金閣でサービスが最悪でした。
貸し切り露天風呂も汚いしよろれだし 外国人の方達はすごく優しくいいんですけど、従業員さんが客と同じトイレを使え手も洗えず出て行くしT^Tちょっと 料理も色々全部残念でした。
外観以外は見どころなし

服務、温泉和食物都不錯。雖然建築有些陳舊，但衞生做的挺好的。總的來説，帶有一種特別的時間感，能給人留下回憶。

飲み物一つ出すのに、遅すぎる。
値段高い割に料理わまずい。

お風呂が３箇所あり、その中にもまた3種ぐらいの浴槽があって、お風呂はとてもよかった。部屋が和室だったが、座椅子の背中が擦り切れていたり、ソファーも古そうだったりして、ちょっと残念だった。決して安い料金ではなかったと思うのだか。夕食は、スタッフが足りなかったのか、飲み物を注文しても、なかなかこなかった。外国の研修生は、とでも丁寧な対応だった、

While some people may not like the age of this hotel and its sometimes threadbare appearance we thought it added to the magic and mystique of this place. Perched above the Tone river, this grand dame of a hotel looks over a fairytale scene of mountains, river and a Japanese village. The Japanese style room was spacious and comfortable - we both had one of the best sleeps of our trip here. Everyone made us feel welcome and the food was incredible. I highly recommend both dinner and breakfast. And then there’s the onsens. What a treat. I sat listening to the river and watching the snow from a beautiful pool and there were so many types to choose from. I love this place and want to go back to explore more of the country around it.

This hotel was so great, valet parking, great location for walking into town, Covid restrictions were monitored, onsens that are private for those that have tattoos, or want more privacy. The private onsens face the river. Public baths are separated by gender. It is outdoor and lovely. The bathrooms are stocked with so many amenities. Such as high quality face cream, hair liquid, and hair tonic, not sure what they are, but the availability is great. The room was large we had a eastern style room and you could add more mattresses to the floor for more comfort. Extra mattresses were in the closet. There was a living room area with 4 chairs and a dining table in Eastern style. TV, and slippers in the bathroom, house shoes to transit to and from the onsens. Very good experience. a short drive to Canyons, a rafting, canyoneering company nearby.
