Äußerst unfreundliche und überhebliche Chefin, die es trotz Buchung von einer Woche nicht für nötig hält, einen herzlichen Ton an den Tag zu legen. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an nicht wohl oder gar willkommen - Frau Hanser hat es scheinbar nicht nötig…

Sehr gutes Hotel in Oberstaufen mit erstklassiger Küche und super Ausstattung (Pool, Sauna, Dampfbad, Fitnessraum), tolles Personal, das einen Superservice leistet. Zimmer mit Duschbad, Balkon, TV und Tablett-PC ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage aber doch zentral gelegen.

Der erste Aufenthalt im Hotel Tyrol-obwohl Einzelzimmer gebucht, wurde mir ein Doppelzimmer offeriert. Hervorragendes Liegegefühl mit 1,89m Länge. Die Lage ist angenehm zentral und ruhig. Frühstück sehr lecker auch mit Allgäuer Käsespezialitäten. Abends herzlich und angenehm in der Bar-sogar CL läuft… Bis nächstes Mal ! Viele Grüße Carsten Ueberall.

Schon die Ankunft war nicht freundlich (der kläffende Hund in der Rezeption ) war der „Chefin“ wichtiger die Bemerkung er mag das nicht ( Kinder) ! Wir hatten von Anfang an das Gefühl nicht willkommen (Geduldet) zu sein. Uns hat gezeigt das Stammgäste und Weintrinker genehm sind. Schade das Hotel ist gut gelegen hat Sauna und Schwimmbad.

Der Aufenthalt per se (Zimmer, Essen, Sauberkeit) alles gut! Leider war das Servicepersonal wie auch die Reception alles andere als freundlich. Das zog sich durch den ganzen Aufenthalt durch. Man wurde unfreundlich behandelt, nicht gegrüsst oder gar ignoriert! Sehr schade. Erstes und letztes Mal hier.

Wir waren für drei Nächte im Hotel Tyrol und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war wunderschön groß und relativ neu renoviert, schönes Badezimmer mit einer großen Dusche, im Sommer lädt die große Terrasse sicher ein. Wir sind etwas weichere Betten gewöhnt und der Kosmetikspiegel im Bad wurde - wie in den allermeisten Hotels - von dem größten Handwerker angebracht :-). Der Wellnessbereich war gut, größere Saunen sind derzeit im Entstehen und wir hatten ihn meist für uns alleine. Wir hatten uns für Halbpension entschieden und das war die beste Wahl. Jeden Tag entweder Fleisch, Fisch oder Vegetarisch zur Auswahl und es war jeden Tag sehr lecker. Auch hier werden Sonderwünsche gerne und perfekt erfüllt. Sauberkeit und eine gute Umsetzung der Hygienemaßnahmen müssen nicht extra erwähnt werden. Wohl jedoch aber die Freundlichkeit ausnahmslos von allen, die in diesem Hotel arbeiten. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen und können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.
