"Although this isn't the big brand name chain hotels, I had a great stay here as well. The beds are comfortable and the customer service at the reception is superb. The rooms are clean. The decor is chinese styled and cosy. Location wise isn't next to malls but you can find some shops and convenient shops within walking distance."

"The hotel is formal, the store is grand, the service is positive, I stayed for one day and then extended my stay
Environment: The location is a little off, it's a little far to go shopping, next to the huge wholesale market, there are many specialty stores downstairs
Sanitation: Very good, but there is no soap, and many things were not replenished after staying for another day, such as the toilet seat, etc.
Facilities: There is a makeup mirror, a refrigerator, and the facilities are quite complete. The hair dryer is actually a Dyson

Manager Zhang Xuedong, the front desk staff, greeted us warmly, checked in efficiently and quickly, and introduced the hotel's facilities and services to us. The room is spacious and bright, and the layout is very warm. The bed is soft and comfortable, which makes people sleep well all night. The facilities in the room are all available, from high-quality toiletries to convenience, which reflects the hotel's intentions. The scenery outside the window is also very charming, which makes people feel happy. The hotel's dining is a highlight. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western, meeting the taste needs of different guests. The environment of the restaurant is elegant, and the service staff is friendly, which makes people feel meticulous care during the meal. The other facilities of the hotel are also very complete. The gym is well-equipped and the swimming pool is clean and tidy. There is also a comfortable leisure area where people can relax during a busy journey. In addition, the location of the hotel is also very superior, with convenient transportation and convenient travel. AAnonymous UserThe hotel opened last year, it is well decorated, the double beds are 1.5 meters wide, very friendly to families with two children. The breakfast is very rich, it is in the forefront of the five-diamond hotels, and the service attitude is very good. There are also some small episodes. On the first night, I found that the door could not be locked. The maintenance staff came and knocked for half an hour and finally fixed it, but the chain was still broken. On the second night, the shower water was not hot. I called to ask if it was the same in all hotels. The front desk said to confirm it, but there was no feedback later, so I took a shower. In addition, there are two small regrets in the facilities. The standard safe and small refrigerator of the five-diamond hotel are missing. Overall, I am quite satisfied, and I hope it will be better next time I go.

GGuest UserFirst impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others.
The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.

They also gave me good night milk and sea buckthorn juice. The breakfast was also rich, and it would be better if there was more protein. Butter tea with milk skin was also good. The hot water for bathing was sufficient and large. Various bathing products were also fully noted. The details were well done.

GGuest UserThe room environment is good, clean and tidy. Although the room is not too big, it is enough. The bed is very comfortable, which is beyond expectations. The hotel is really big. If the room is far away, it takes a little time to walk from the lobby to the room. The food and service are good. The three meals are quite good. There are also many activities to participate in.
The best part of the whole trip is of course playing in Xiangsha Bay. It is very convenient to have a fast pass. This has been felt since the cable car. The hotel connection is also very convenient and fast. Because we have to leave early the next day, we also specially arranged a car to send it to the service center. Thumbs up. In addition, the sand here is really fine and feels very good. It is very suitable for digging sand. Even if you don’t play the project, you will be happy to dig sand. I will come to play next time!

CChristopherHave to give a low score for cleanliness due to people smoking throughout the building. The worst was at their buffet dinner which I would advise you join only if you’re a middle age man who wants to drink and smoke. Seems to cater primarily to business, not families. Don’t know why they bother with family style rooms. The room was quite nice apart from the sofa bed which kept collapsing and the very poor AC which made sLocation is good. Nice parks nearby.

NNel GBDuring my recent stay in Ordos City, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. It was exceptionally clean and spacious, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. One of the most convenient aspects of this hotel is its prime location; it is situated near popular attractions such as Wanda Plaza, the zoo, and a variety of restaurants. Additionally, the bus stop located directly in front of the hotel makes it easy to explore the city.
The comfort of the accommodations was a mixed experience, however. While the quilt provided was soft and cozy, its thickness made it uncomfortable when the air conditioning was turned off. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit itself left much to be desired. It produced a loud, typhoon-like noise, and I found that it didn’t effectively cool the room to a comfortable temperature.
Despite the issues with the air conditioning, I would still recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ordos City. Its cleanliness, roominess, and convenient location make it a solid choice for travelers.

JJustin宁波Me, my wife, and 3y/o daughter took a family trip to Saibei Inn for October Golden Week 2023, and the experience was great. We were not interested in the normal Inner Mongolia trips that some agencies offer since they are travel intensive, so we stayed for 5 days and 5 nights in this location. If you’re solo or couple travelers, you might want to consider a few less days and do the more intensive trips to the grasslands, etc.
Having been to Inner Mongolia previously, we knew what to expect (slow pace/relaxing/nature), however, my expectations were exceeded with the amount of land and activities that Saibei Inn offered! We were able to take a RZR to the desert every morning and give our daughter and ourselves some play-time, plus relaxation, as the desert area is huge and never busy. We saw a wild camel, went sledding, and walked the endless dunes. A car is quite necessary and almost everyone had one, but since we didn’t have one, the boss personally brought us out to get snacks, drinks, and such to keep in our hotel, set up airport pickup and drop-off in Baotou, and took us on any excursions we wanted. The dune buggy sunset ride was a thrill and nearby desert camel rides, “flying boat”, and zip line were appealing attractions as well.
The downside were the bathrooms were a bit difficult to navigate since they have a wet shower and take time to dry, plus the shower head was constantly leaking, leaving a wet puddle in the middle. The carpet held the sand and plant material which also contained thorns, so could use more regular vacuuming,
The lunch/dinner food was exceptional. The veteran cooks there have a natural knack for cooking great Chinese food with unique tastes. The actual menu is quite small, but the boss was more than happy to take our order in advance and buy the food we wanted at the local market for the next day’s meal. They also can cook virtually anything you want and have a load of different things in the kitchen, which can be seen from the seating area via a viewing window spanning the length of the entire wall. It was apparent that their meats were cooked over a long period of time, including tender stew-style beef & potatoes, and of courses delicious mutton!
The downside of the food was that you couldn’t get out of there without spending a pretty penny. And being the only restaurant within miles/kilometers, you don’t have much of a choice. Another aspect that could be improved is the breakfast. There was a choice of mantou bread, porridge, and boiled eggs. All with very little flavor or appeal. We opted not to eat breakfast 4 out of the 5 days. Opt for bringing some protein bars, yogurt, or packaged breakfast if you stay, especially with toddler.
The facilities and environment were fairly well-kept. The Inn was also under construction, not loud or anything, but there is a plan to expand and its evident with a few areas that have rubble around and whatnot. Having said that we were not disturbed by that aspect because we were not there for a pampered and pristine vacation. We stayed in the white yurts on the hill with 2 beds, and overall, the room was cosy and great during the chilly October mornings (A/C has heat) and beds were comfortable.

It is mainly based on the architectural style of the Abu Dhabi Palace Hotel in the United Arab Emirates, combined with the Mongolian Yuan culture as the design tone, and is known as the ”Little Dubai in the Desert”. As the only hotel opened in the Kubuqi Desert, its majestic and heroic appearance complements the vast and beautiful desert scenery.
