Bed was good. The toilet kept running when flushed and had to take cover off tank to fix. Phone in room dirty and breakfast consists of cereal and toast. Location good, no cleaning staff. Rated 3 out of 10

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Area around hotel was industrial. Room was clean. Beds were good. Certainly not a five star hotel but adequate for our short stay.

The hotel is old. the towels is NOT clean as expected. No options in the breakfast. I didn't eat any.
Overall it was a very bad experince in a new city for me which I don't have more options on it

Heat was turned off and room was freezing when we walked in. Window in room was cracked right across and should be replaced.

Although the motel is quite dated it was clean and very convenient for the one night stay after our visit to a ******rama concert. Microwave and fridge in the room. Staff were friendly and there was plenty of parking. Price was reasonable.

Staff nice and friendly I believe it was Vicki that looked after us. Just a very basic hotel. Was clean enough but they were limited as to what they could do as it was an older building.

The cockroaches came out at night.
The front staff were very friendly, but beyond the cockroaches that we trapped in the bathroom and mentioned to the front desk staff, the mystery stains on the furniture and towels were off putting. Comfortable bed though, if we can be sure there aren’t different bugs…

Extremely happy with my stay here. Service was excellent room was cozy bed was comfortable. Will be staying here again in the future.
