Front desk service made us feel like we were an inconvenience checking in late night and we didn’t have a garbage can in our room

No one is ever in the lobby during the night shift and it’s very unprofessional to not be available when guests need help and this happens almost every night I’ve stayed and the management should hire better night time staff

I enjoy getting up in the morning seeing Maria's because she's so happy so energetic so willing to help customers and make sure everything is okay always say good morning and she know all the customers by name that's what really gets to me because she is so in tune to what she's doing that she gets to know the people that comes to stay at extended stay and I think that is remarkable always have a smile on your face and helpful.

My stay was great everything was clean and in order its centrally located to everything I felt very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent I give Maria 10 out of 10 she was very helpful if I needed anything she went above and beyond to make stay go smoothly Maria is awesome.

I would like to say the Joamie the Manger is very pleasant and professional we also appreciate the hospitality. Maria is also very helpful and curtious and professional. We truly appreciate all the staff at this location because truly they all make a difference.

Please listen to all the 1 star reviews and avoid this place. They refused to give me a room, despite having a reservation. The front desk made no attempt to help me and my 3 kids find other accommodations and seemed entirely uninterested in my predicament. We had been at the park all day and I attempted to check in at 10:00PM, so completely exhausted and in no mood for this crap. We ended up at the Home2 Suite down the road, which was MUCH nicer.

The rooms were in poor condition, greatly in need of upgrading. Also, never stayed at an Extended Stay where no dishes or silverware were available in the kitchen.

My experience was horrible to say the least. The rooms have Never been remolded. One of the rooms I was moved too thinking it to be better than the other, was just as bad. Has a kitchen and no pots, cups, silverware, nothing, the Microwave was burnt as though it caught on fire. The sofa bed was the more horrible. I would have checked out but was advised I could not get a refund. Definitely not for a Family Visit
