This hotel has amazing staff that are incredibly friendly and helpful! The hotel itself was comfortable and eco-friendly, had free parking, we had a tasty meal in the restaurant and overall had a good stay.

Chiedono cauzione su asciugamani non ritrovati nelle stanze (mai cambiati e aggiungo stanza da tre con un asciugamano da corpo per tre persone quindi mai messi in stanza)senza sapere gli addetti alle pulizie frugano e fanno sparire oggetti personali dalle valigie compreso soldi , approfittando del fatto che stavano alloggiando dei ragazzi , facendoli passare per ladri !!!ps: la cauzione con i soldi spariti era stata data in abbondanza

Hotel datato in stile fine anno 70. Alla reception al mio arrivo, hanno voluto il pagamento anticipato. Poca empatia e poco dialogo. Ho dovuto chiedere di fare in modo che l’aria condizionata e pompa di calore potessero funzionare, nel senso che appariva bloccata e non funzionante. Camera tutto sommata pulita. Colazione essenziale senza infamia e senza lode. Complessivamente appena sufficiente, ma a mio avviso un poco al di sotto dello standard da 4 stelle

Ho alloggiato per lavoro in questo hotel, reception disponibile e professionale, camera pulita e con ogni comoditá. Consigliato il ristorante della struttura, servizio veloce ed elegante. Bar aperto fino a sera a volte ad orari anche flessibili con svariate scelte di coocktail. Parcheggio esterno grande Consigliato

L'hotel è, secondo me, l'ideale per muoversi verso Como oppure verso Lecco. A due passi da entrambi questi capoluoghi di provincia, è un posto tranquillo. Il personale è cortese, la cucina del ristorante propone piatti semplici, ma molto gustosi e genuini. La camera , personalmente, mi è piaciuta sia per quanto riguarda la pulizia sia visivamente parlando. Insomma, un hotel che merita davvero le quattro stelle che possiede già!

lavoro in una agenzia viaggi che organizza anche viaggi in gruppo, per Pasqua, dal 15/04 al 18/04/22 abbiamo organizzato una gita sul Lago di Como ed abbiamo dormito in questo hotel per 2 notti ed abbiamo consumato un pasto e una cena più le colazioni...nella mia esperienza di accompagnatrice turistica era parecchio che non trovavo un hotel così ben gestito, ben organizzato, con personale gentile, disponibile, preparato e professionale. Camere ed ambienti comuni molto puliti, uscendo dall'ascensore e percorrendo i corridoi si sente il profumo di pulito...il ristorante ottimo pure quello per organizzazione, servizio e velocità del servizio, i piatti molto buoni e ben serviti...la colazione ben organizzata anche con la presenza di più gruppi, ben divisa la sala colazione, personale presente e gentile, ottima qualità dei cibi...forse un pò migliorabili i cornetti...veramente compimenti...di sicuro se riorganizziamo gite, escursioni in queste zone questo hotel sarà un nostro punto di riferimento, veramente complimenti

Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità, albergo ben tenuto con personale professionale e molto disponibile. Ottima cucina con portate tipiche Lombarde, anche il cenone di fine anno è stato ottimo. Quindi lo consiglio sia alle persone giovani e anziane come nel nostro caso.
