Excellent location next to Nanba station. Staff service was very good, and the gym was spacious. Next time will try their breakfast.

The hotel has an excellent location, but there's room for improvement in the staff's English proficiency. However, the room is spacious.

Everything was great especially the staff they were really kind and helpful. The only thing i didnt like is the distance from the metro also the little car thats supposed to take you there it was never available when we wanted to use it other than that the hotel is 5/5. And the view from the top floor is amazing!

Hotel is new and clean, nearby the Namba station, location is very nice. Namba park and Takashimaya just need walk a few minutes. Staff are very nice. When I book the hotel and I remarked the stay for my wife birthday, hotel has prepared the cake to us. It’s very nice.

The Family room with bunk beds is the best fix for family with kids. Club lounge access is valued for price paid as well.

Location is superb with a few minutes walk from Namba station. Room is spacious given Japan standard. Service is reasonable and they try to accommodate all of our requests. View is great as they have ceiling to floor windows in almost all the rooms. Would recommend.
