The location is perfect.
There are many 🤭 surprises from the Karaoke at the lower floor of the building.
The check-in part was a bit frustrating but luckily there was a staff member who helped in-person (Tip: check-in before 6pm).
Very convenient with an currency 💲 exchange machine right at the entrance of the building.
Only thing is, no smoking at the balcony 🚭...

아키하바라 지점만 가봤는데 그때 어느정도무난하네 했는데 난바지점은 너무 좋은거같아요.직원응대도 너무좋고 위치도 최고입니다 하루는 교통비없이 다니기 가능합니다. Nhk땜에 숙소위치 괜찮으려나했는데 난바역쪽이라 편하게 왕복했네요

일본여행 하면서 시가지 번화가에 위치하면서 지리적 위치 편리성은 좋으나 그것 외에 게스트햐우스 위치한 건물 시설이 그닥 좋지가 않았습니다 밤에 엘리베이터 오르 내리는 진동이 게스트 하우스에 직접 적나라하게 전달되더군요 청결과 지리적 위치는 나쁘지 않지만 시설 내부 진동과 샤워 타월 하나로 여행 일정내내 애로사항이 많았습니다 싼게 비지떡이라는 평가가 딱 어울립니다

難波駅から近くアクセスは問題ないですが、初めての人だったら迷うかもしれません。女性ルームや個人ロッカーがないためセキュリティの面では不安がありますが、寝るだけであればそんなに気にならないかなと思いました。他の方も書いてますが、エレベーターや下の階のカラオケの騒音が確かにありました。それも寝てしまえば気にならなかったです。

地理位置十分優越， 接近道頓堀心齋橋等遊客區，也在難波站附近，去那裏都很方便。
衛生環境不錯，唯一美中不足是隔音比較差。
