Environment, price, location, conditions are good! Later, Osaka lived! Very close to the Tennoji business district, walk for ten minutes, you can also take a small tram to sway past
Extremely bad service especially for a luxury hotel.
Air-condition in room was hardly working, very suffocating for summer. Explained it to the night receptionist. Who immediately replied why could we bear with it on the first night. Sent a fellow service staff who stuck a temperature rod deep into the vent to show the air con was working fine. Couldn’t understand that there was no wind.
On the check out day, asked the concierge on the ground floor to help book a bigger taxi in the morning as there were more people and bags. The person replied “yes, yes, yes”. Came back in late afternoon to confused looks.

this is the 2nd time I stayed at Royal Classic Osaka. Super great location, Excellent n comfortable room n Conditions, very spacious. I like the washroom n bathroom the best, especially the water pressure of the shower, which gives us a very pleasant stay.
The coffee machine offers very good quality coffee. Giving 4 bottles of water each day is very generous too.
I'll definitely stay at the same hotel again next time I come to Osaka.

Great location and vibrant lively hotel. Busy and at times front of house couldn’t cope with the volume of guests (at reception, in the bar, and at breakfast). Bar also caters for a lot of local customers for afternoon tea/evening drinks so waiter service is slow. Adult hotel which should consider stays for children of hotel guests been 8 years old and above as the few disrupt the many guests.

Great location! 3 mins walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street and where the trains are. 5-10 mins walk to the famous Dotonbori river.
Hotel room was clean and spacious. Front desk was always polite and greets whenever u go out or come back to the hotel. There are many bars and restaurants downstairs but never affected there wasn’t any noise I could hear once we are in the room.
Ultimately a great place to stay will totally stay here again when in Osaka! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Location was great, right above the station. However, there doesn’t seem to be an escalator going down from the ground level and you will still need to carry your luggages. Free coffee station as well and overall a great experience even though there’s not much amenities (pool, etc.)

Hotel is 15-20 minutes walk to Dotonbori. Hotel is clean & has a laundry area, vending machine and water refill with Ice available near the lift area at the Lobby. Hotel is quite small, and not much space to open up your luggage, tou get what you’ve paid for. Don’t worry about the restaurants, as there is a restaurant around the area, 7-11 and café at the lobby.

Food : complementary food is fantastic and delicious
Like ramen for supper and pear pudding in the room fridge. Ice cream sticks after the sauna pool.
Drink : complementary black coffee is great in the morning.
Luggage storage : very pleased with the service and friendly reception staff to help out and able to keep the luggage until we shop late afternoon.
Hotel location : surrounded with google five star rating food to shopping mall from branded to IT gaming technology. Easy access to train but with 2 big luggage 2 small luggage and bags recommended take taxi as the lift to station not really accessible.

Very spacious and clean room considering it’s 5 years old. Toilet can be a bit open for family/friends use, but otherwise the space is big enough. Bed was big and comfy. Lighting can be a little dim but it has a nice atmosphere.
Plenty of storage cabinet, and the apple TV was a great addition. Service staff are generally friendly. The building is also nicely designed.
Location is a short 10-15min walk to the main Osaka station so it’s quite convenient. Family mart is just a few steps at the corner so it’s good for those late night cravings.

RrussyauOverall, we had a very pleasant experience at the hotel, thanks to its prime location and the quality of products and materials used. However, we wished the room lights were brighter at night. Unfortunately, we missed our first day and night at the hotel due to flight delays. We requested an additional breakfast for one more person for two days, but the hotel only provided one free breakfast...

GGuest UserHotel is at the entrance to Universal, you can also buy tickets to the park at the hotel lobby. Great hotel for families. Probably the best location after having a long day at universal park you can come back to the hotel within minutes from leaving the park gate.
SSleepywinkThe hotel was located at a very convenient location. There is a big shopping mall opposite, with shopping and eateries. The size of rooms were big too. Loving it. Hotel was very thoughtful in the amenities selection. They even included DHC make up cleanser oil, facial foam, toner and face cream. Very convenient for the tired traveler. The hotel buffet breakfast was very nice too. Pretty good selection of food and drinks.
Not forgetting the superb service by the check in staff too ! Thanks, We will definitely return 😊

GGuest UserConvenient location, friendly staff, room is neat and tidy, love that fashionable interior design and modern. Special mentioning NAGISA San, one of the nicest staff at the hotel, who handled our abrupt request to help rescheduling the restaurant booking with care and speed. The smile and passionate attitude helped us feel relaxed even though we’ve come across sudden circumstances. 11/10 service quality.

GGuest UserLocation is nice, less than 5 min walking to metro. A lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Neighbourhood is quiet. The room is clean, but glasses were dirty like they newer been washed. The bathroom is small and equipped with old-fashioned water mixer that regulates hot and cold water separately.
HHui Min ThamHotel was conveniently located right next to one of the entrances of Yotsubashi Station (which can easily be used to reach places such as Namba) and was within walking distance of Shinsaibashi as well. There is a small mart located right below the hotel where many necessities (e.g. food, drinks, toiletries) can be gotten. Checking in and out was easy and efficient. The rooms were mostly neat and clean (with a small fridge and shampoo/soap/conditioner provided) albeit on the tinier side. That aside, it more than suffices for travellers.

GGuest UserThis was my second time staying at Holiday Inn Namba. The first stay was great - bright and clean room which looked newly renovated. This time the room was entirely opposite. It was dark and feels dirty - stains on the wall in various parts of the room. Carpet and furniture was old.
Then there was a day when the housekeeping didn’t come by and I called for top up of the bathroom amenities. I was asked to pick up these myself from front desk. Not a big deal but was annoyed since this was due to them not doing housekeeping at no fault of mine.

YyosheIt was alright, the spa theme park seemed pretty decent, though I suspect there to be many people during the daytime since we went inside at around 4 am still with a bunch of people inside. The rooftop pool was decent but you had to pay for the waterslides. The spa felt more like a theme park than a typical traditional onsen experience, but we still saw mainly Japanese people there.
Most of the hotel cited charges for stuff here and there (e.g. late night entry fee for the spa, extra cost to enter the pool etc) but I suspect they are for regular visitors and not hotel guests since it was not recorded when we checked out other than the waterslide cost as mentioned.
Annoying thing was that you had to take off your shoes to enter the hotel at the entrance, and that there was no shower in your own room.
AAnonymous UserLocation is near to the Shinsaibashi street, exit from the Shinsaibashi train station and either take the elevator from Parco or take the escalator from exit 6 to reach the ground level. Family mart is just opposite the hotel & there are many food options available nearby.
Cleanliness was ok, but perhaps the decoration and furnitures are in dark colour, you could see quite obvious dust going around. There is a limited (empty bins & change towels) or full house keeping option every day. They do not top up the bottles of water if you have not consume the current ones placed inside the room.
The washing machine & microwave in the room works well. Laundry soap is also provided. There is a QR code for you to scan to operate the washing machine. One minus point is there is no drying rack or enough hangers going around if you were to wash one full load (total 6 hangers provided in the room).
The room was well lit in the day as there is a big window and sunlight can shine in. Night time is abit insufficient as the lights inside the room are too dim.
PPassaraThe location of the hotel is near the main street and not far from Lawson and 7-11. Also, the services are great. The prices are reasonable. There are free drinks in the morning, you can choose the apple juice or tea, you also can take the bakery down stair with you 1-2 pieces/per person in each day.
