Firstly nice hotel with magnificent view !! This is before all the problems begins !! First I book a deluxe double room and they told me they don’t have a deluxe double room !!! Then they claim deluxe double room means king bed ! Then why call it double room ?????? Secondly, almost got scammed at the breakfast. I was given 4 voucher for 4 nights and I asked the counter if I can use 2 voucher concurrently as I am with my wife. They replied ok. on that day, I presented two voucher to Cooka manager (I came with me and my wife) and they still issued me a invoice to pay for additional guest !! One voucher is for 1 guest and if I give 2 voucher, it is for 2 guest !! And they tried to charge me extra !!!!! Seriously, this is a scam !!!!!! After quarrelling for some time, the manager and another lady told me I have to pay for Tmr breakfast!!!! I was shocked !!! If I eat Tmr, then I pay for the break fast !!!! If I don’t eat, they expect me to pay for what ?? Outrageous Scam !!! Please see the picture attached !!! Cant believe I almost got scammed !!!

When my wife was asked for an ID card when I issued a welcome coupon in Osaka at check-in, I was explained that I couldn't issue a coupon when I told her that I forgot the two preschoolers. At least I was expecting only rice, but when I went to eat breakfast, I was told to issue a breakfast ticket at the dining room. I wondered if I didn't remember getting such a thing, and when I searched for a room, there was one of the same styles as the receipt. I was about to throw it away by mistake as garbage. Then, when I went to the dining room again, I was confirmed, ”Is there only one? What is the age of the child later?” When I told him that one person was 5 years old, he was told that there would be an additional charge, and my eyes were focused. When I checked at the front desk, it was said that there would be an additional charge from the age of 5. I read a confirmation email with my eyes on a plate, but I didn't write a word about that. Well, it's not that expensive, so I paid for breakfast, but the number of items is small! It's not surprisingly delicious! Rice smells! My child didn't eat at all, so I hurriedly bought rice balls at a convenience store and let them eat. Everything was too terrible, so I lost my mind to go sightseeing and went home as it was. Before that, I stayed at a hotel near Univa for 2 nights, but it was considerably cheaper and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also better there. It was wise to stay there for three consecutive nights without changing the inn poorly. I learned.

The hotel is right next to the Namba Parks Shopping mall. For those who opted to use the Nankai Rapid Train can reach the hotel within an hour from the KIX station, if the queue for buying the train tickets is not too long. From train station, it was simply a 5 to 10min max if with big luggage. Around 10 walk to the nearest Namba Metro Station, or 15 min if you choose to use the Hanshin train line for Kobe or Kintetsu line for Nara as the two train lines shared a common station. The room is spacious for Japanese standards but could be bigger in reality for two people to open both luggages at the same time. It’s good that they have designed the toilet area into three separate spaces, so each space can be utilise by a person at a time without crossing the other’s path. Overall, well recommended for everyone who wants to stay in Namba area, and the staff checking in and out for us was the same person with a super nice and welcoming attitude. Such a good memory to remember.

The location is perfect for enjoying the city and also for catching a metro/train to other areas to explore. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was good enough - but to stop serving at 9:30 am on a Sunday, does seem odd. The rooms are clean and well maintained and everything was satisfactory. Thanks to the team for helping me find my iPad, much appreciated.

Located right above Nankai station. Lift brings you to the lobby on the 6th floor. So if you’re coming from KIX, all you need to do after getting off the train is take a lift 3 floors up. Walking distance to Dotonbori. Great views. Spacious and clean rooms. Only bad thing is their parking fees. 3300 Yen for a night (8 hours) felt like a rip off. Pls provide complementary parking or heavily discounted parking for your guests for a better stay experience. We were only charged 1000 Yen for 24hrs when we parked in a 5 star hotel in Tokyo.

When you take the escalator reach the second floor, you will see Marriott hotel in front of you. Don’t worry, Hotel trusty just 1 min away. pls refer the the second photo there is a red circle. You can easily find the hotel as long as you follow the instructions that they shared. From here, you can go Nara park with Yamatoji line, Shisaibashi with Midosuji Line etc… Will definitely book this hotel again!!

I stay here every time I come to Osaka. I forget to take pictures because I stay so long. The transportation is very convenient. There is a subway station downstairs and JR opposite. Tennoji JR Station is the hub for going in all directions. The room is relatively large, clean and tidy, and has everything you need. The service has always been very good. I feel that the service in all Japanese hotels is very good. I have never encountered anyone who is rude.

The hotel name is listed outside in English, just have to look up. Check in was on 2F (second floor). Friendly front staff. We had a twin room (two large single beds), small as expected, clean, small bathroom but everything we needed. The room had a kettle, fridge, TV, phone, pajamas, hangers, hair dryer with microwave and pants press just down the hall. Coffee, tea and other amenities could be picked up near the front desk. Small but functional desk with chair and enough room to work on laptop and use a mouse. We had a view out to the main road and the curtains did a fine job making it dark enough for us to sleep. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very enjoyable and tasty served in a separate breakfast room down the hall from reception. Breakfast was a large variety of Japanese items that we were unfamiliar with but tasted just about all of them, along with rice, soup, coffee, teas and water. The second day, many dishes had changed which were tasty also. We enjoyed the authentic Japanese buffet breakfast immensely, a great chance to taste some of their interesting food culture. Many restaurants and shopping within a few blocks and there is a 7-11 and Don Quijote that are nearby. It is also near the subway and JR Tennoji Station. We would have no problem staying here again if in the area, nice efficient hotel.

Maybe the smallest room that we had with no fridge and a very small bathroom even for Japanese standards. Most of the staff were great except for one older woman who was rude when checking in. Lots of restaurants nearby and very close to the tower, too.
