Louis Imperial Beach

This hotel is brilliant. The staff are very efficient, helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The food is lovely I’m quite a fussy eater but always found something, the best food I have ever eaten in a holiday hote. The areas outside are very clean and well kept and my husband loved it when the bar staff kept doing rounds of the sunbeds to make sure everybody was kept supplied with drinks. We loved the heated indoor pool lovely and refreshing on a hot day. Pool outside was freezing if that was heated they would get a lot more people staying outside. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back. It was our wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday we came in from pool and room was decorated on both occasions we got a bottle of bubbly and some fruit. If I had anything to criticise it would be the evening entertainment it was not very good. We were in room 128 great view of the pool and the sea facing the quiet pool lovely and big balcony. Fantastic stay loved it

We were here this year for the first time , but for sure won’t be the last ! We were welcomed by Alex , the Bar Manager who made sure that we had a cold drink after a long flight and always talking to us with a smile on his face ! The food was amazing and the staff were brilliant ! General manager of the hotel was there every day talking to us and all other guests . Alex and his bar team did such an amazing job. The service was absolutely amazing generally from all the reception staff , bar staff and restaurant staff ! Cocktail management was brilliant with lots of cocktail choices , shots , champagne and more ! All managers were there talking to all the guests ! We loved it and absolutely recomand it ! We will be back for sure !!

Our family of 14 have recently returned from this superb hotel. The location, setting, value for money, staff attention, and rooms were all top-notch, which made our holiday truly wonderful. There are too many superlatives to describe the hotel that also made time to celebrate my wife and brother in laws birthday. BRILLIANT

We have just arrived home from an amazing holiday at The Imperial Beach. This was the second time we have visited and we enjoyed it so much. Our room was lovely, the view was beautiful. I have visited a lot of All Inclusive hotels over Europe, the Imperial Beach has the best food I have ever tasted from an All Inclusive hotel. There was so much selection and different choices every day/night. The cakes were absolutely incredible and there was a different selection every lunch and dinner time. Also, the burger restaurant is SO GOOD. The staff are so friendly and attentive. The General Manager provided excellent customer service and always had a smile on his face, the Louis Group are lucky to have him. The quiet swimming pool was our favourite, really relaxing and peaceful. If you like to walk there is a pathway that takes you along the seafront right to the harbour. We cannot wait to return later on in the year.

Whist this may not be the newest hotel on the ***** I can 100 percent recommend as they have got the formula just right. The staff appear very happy working together lots of happy smiley faces. The food is excellent with lots of choice for all tastes. The house wine is more than acceptable not that we drank a lot of it !! The childrens pool was buzzing keeping the families with kids well entertained. Us older couples could escape to the calm and tranquility of the adults only pool set in the lush grounds with access to the sea. Add on the excellent waiter drinks service just makes it perfect. The Hotel itself was absolutely spotless and a joy to stay. I would 100 percent recommend.

Just leaving the hotel after a fabulous week at the hotel. Couldn't fault the food and as part of the AI we tried the burger place and Japanese place both of which were outstanding. Yes the hotel corridors are a little dated but it had no impact on our stay and the rooms were spacious and spotlessly cleaned everyday with the maid service leaving super towel art each day. The service is superb in the restaurant and at the bars. My only small complaint was upon booking the courtesy room as we had a late flight when we got to the room there were towels that had already been used and when we went to get more at reception we were told there were no more clean towels - fortunately we had bought our own beach towels as we didn't realise the hotel provided them but something as simple as providing fresh towels in a courtesy room should not be an issue in a 4* hotel.

What a fab place. My wife and I got married here 7 years ago with our family, and we decided to visit again as we had such a lovely time last time. None of the 8 of us that went can fault ANYTHING at all. Staff are always friendly, polite and cater to your every need. The pools are great, clean and the water is soft. The hotel itself is clean, tidy and well appointed. Evening entertainment is great fun. The food is absolutely amazing. So much variety and such good quality. We all had a fantastic time, again, and didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back again, Louis Imperial is our go to hotel in Cyprus. Kids loved it, we loved it. I'd recommend it to anyone.

From the moment we arrived, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our Tui Rep Diane, was very informative at the welcome meeting and subsequently very helpful, enthusiastic and friendly, always happy to answer any questions. From our chamber maid Anna-Marie who kept our room very clean, to Alina bar staff and Alijia lobby bar waitress, who were very good, all staff were extremely friendly. Entertainment, the young man on the electric violin who played in the lobby bar was excellent very talented, it would have been nice to have known his name. Also the Balalika guitarist was also very good, again no name was shown on the notice board. In the ballroom, we had an Elvis impressionist who was excellent and very professional, likewise Svitlana, has an excellent voice and did encourage the audience, apart from that we found the entertainment sadly lacking for a 4.5 star hotel. May we suggest that there is a board with photographs and names of the entertainment team put up so we as guests know who they are. Also the hotel is a little dated now and we felt that a light on the balcony would be a good addition.

The rooms are spacious and always cleaned perfectly. On arrival we were late and evening meal had ended but some refreshments were available in the restaurant and they had also put sandwiches in the fridge and fruit and wine and chocolates on the table in the bedroom. Very thoughtful. The reception staff were very thoughtful; I asked if I could buy a birthday cake for my husband’s birthday whilst we were there, they said it was no problem they would provide one in the room. On my husband’s birthday, a chocolate cake appeared in the room with a bottle of chilled Prosecco in an ice bucket and 2 glasses.! The food was of a very high standard. I particularly enjoyed the fish which was always perfectly cooked; soft and tender, never overcooked. The salmon ravioli in a creamy sauce was just heaven; the pasta was just slightly al dente and the salmon within was wonderfully tender, the fried eggs at breakfast were always freshly cooked and never overdone or cold. Some evenings was a roast; the leg of lamb was particularly good. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive making sure we had water and wine and on one occasion when we were having cheese and biscuits after lunch, I asked for a red wine to go with the cheese and the waiter suggested I may also like a port wine to go with it. How thoughtful. Our particular praise goes to Ahmed who took very good care of us and even swapped our chairs for us on one occasion for some a little taller(we have bad backs). He always knew which drinks we would like and we didn’t have to wait. There was also a lady whose name was Natalia I think who was very attentive and would greet me with “Kalimera” in the mornings. In fact all the staff in the hotel were courteous, pleasant and accommodating. We really appreciated having an adults only pool around the other side which was also quieter and really nice to have drinks brought to your sun lounger. All in all we had a wonderful holiday here, our best so far. We come to Paphos a lot and the Imperial is probably our favourite. Thank you so much.
