非常垃圾！我是攜程的黑鑽，一般不浪費時間寫評論，但是這家酒店，讓我非常不悦，讓我對攜程的高評產生嚴重懷疑。以至於後續行程的幾家酒店我都用booking預訂了。
首先談價格，如果收費在2000塊錢左右一晚，那我無話可説，所有的毛病都能接受。畢竟在那個位置，一分錢一分貨。但是但是！我們定的三人間的小套房定價高達6000多一晚，住了兩晚，花了12,000多，這樣的房間和服務，太不值得！
首先是服務，因為攜程跟代理溝通問題，給錯了房型，我嘗試跟前台溝通，前台就一直強調是根據訂單安排的，沒有安排錯。全程機械地在處理，沒有任何錶示歉意或者態度上的尊敬。用語言優勢噼裏啪啦説了一通，然後問我有沒有聽明白？ 就是想盡快打發我，而不是真心想為顧客解決問題。
後來證實，確實是代理安排錯房間的。攜程還補償了現金券！
順便説一句，前台小的可憐，類似於家庭旅館，衹有一個人在登記，我也是還第1次遇到四星級酒店沒有服務生幫忙拿行李。
第二，房間總有一種説不上的來，但是讓人不舒服的味道。我住的複式套房，進門有個小洗手間，沖一次水之後要等很久很久才能沖第二次。
第三，早餐極差！是我在歐洲旅行20多天最差最差！少的可憐。見圖。我還看到一衹巨大的蒼蠅（不是小蒼蠅）盯在培根上，一動不動，把我噁心壞了。
整體來説，這個酒店，從房間到服務，各個細節，都表現出不用心！最簡單舉例是小冰箱是空的，連一瓶礦泉水都沒有！對比後來在巴塞隆拿的同樣是四星小酒店，但是人家那種周到的服務，熱心的態度，天壤之別！

位置不錯，服務設施房間都不推薦。訂了兩晚，受不了狹小壓抑的房間提前離店了。複式的套房感覺真的有點壓抑…窗户朝天開的很小，一面牆斜着的。
