Amazing
GGuest UserI've travelled to many parts of Japan for over a decade and in terms of ”a comfortable hotel with no complaints”, this is it for me. No complaints but I do have a small feedback which is to have the breakfast start at 6 or 6.30am for early/business travellers to be able to grab a bite before they can go about their day. Other than that, the room was comfortable and big enough for a small side sofa by the window, there were spaces to open a medium sized cargo bag, the amenities were sufficient and so were the Eco-friendly initiatives (room service, bamboo in place of plastic items), etc. There was also a decent humidifier provided during winter (but that was not enough for me who comes from the tropics), I had my own small humidifier too and still it was kind of dry (not a hotel problem). The view coming up the elevator and at the lobby was majorly impressive - boasting a skyline of both Tokyo Tower against Mt Fuji in the distance; during sunset, it was such a sight to behold. The lobby is big and has lots of rest/seating areas with some small amount of drinks provided from 5am to 10pm and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. The service staff were impressive - knowing a wide range of languages and when they did not, remained unfazed and used translation tools. They were all polite, helpful and the F&B members too, made you feel like you were in some high-end restaurant. The artwork was also very nice to observe all over and if I have the chance to afford this hotel again, I'd do it in a snap. Other important notes are that there is a convenience store at B2 of the same building. Level 3 is a bridge that links you directly to Yurikamome line monorail -and a little further, to the Asakusa and Ginza lines from there. The Ginza honten (main store) Don Quijote is also a 10 to 15 minute walk from there and so are many local eateries (5 min walk) and shopping areas (Carote, 10 to 15mins walk).

GGuest UserThe hotel is about a fifteen-minute walk from Senso-ji Temple, with Azuma Bridge directly opposite, offering views of the Tokyo Skytree. The Ginza Line subway station, a 7-Eleven, and a drugstore are all conveniently located nearby. We stayed in a deluxe triple room, which was a decent size with enough space to open our luggage. I found it a bit odd that the showerhead was next to the bathtub rather than above it. The hotel mainly caters to Western and Japanese guests, and there's a smoking room and free coffee on the third floor. Cleanliness: Good Service: Good Facilities: Excellent

MM227909****The hotel's location is fantastic. You can reach the Shinjuku Station New South Exit in just a few minutes from the second floor. The rooms on the higher floors offer great views, perfect for seeing the city lights twinkling at night. Plus, there's an Alexa smart assistant in the room that you can connect to via Bluetooth.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right outside Akihabara subway station, and breakfast also offers a street view. Check-in was semi-self-service, and while not many words were exchanged, the staff seemed a bit cold, and it was the same at check-out. Cleanliness is impeccable, as is typical in Japan – everything is very clean. Breakfast, as pictured, was neither good nor bad. Overall, I highly recommend it. It's great value for money, and I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Akihabara.

DDruceI stayed for five nights, and after enjoying Mount Fuji, I took a bus to Shinjuku and then walked about ten minutes to the hotel. The lobby is very spacious and grand. There's a bellboy at the entrance who speaks Chinese. The room photos are exactly like what's shown on the website, and the room itself is a bit larger than other hotels. I was very satisfied with the bathroom; it's spacious and has a bathtub for soaking. All the toiletries and amenities are well-stocked, with a complete set for each person. The gym is also excellent, with drinking water, towels, disinfectant wipes, and even energy bars – very impressive! On the second floor, there's a convenience store and many restaurants to choose from. We tried the teppanyaki wagyu and lobster combo set, and we were absolutely amazed by how delicious it was. There are also direct buses to both airports, and it's a starting station, which is super convenient. Overall, aside from the bed being a little bit firm, everything else was great. I'd definitely come back again!

CChee Suet FongGreat location with many shopping more options within walking distance. Hotel is clean and water dispenser is available at the lift lobby at every level. Other than the check out time at 11am with no extension and shortage of staff during check out. Everything else is great.

GGuest UserQuite a disappointing stay. I initially thought it was a Dormy Inn because the first characters of the name were the same, and it was also a hot spring hotel, which made it very confusing. The service here was a world apart from Dormy Inn. The room was incredibly small. The breakfast in the pictures looked very rich, and I thought it would be a lavish buffet, but it turned out to be just a bento box, and they didn't even provide cutlery. The price wasn't cheap either. It really ruined my mood. The hot spring was also tiny, and they didn't even provide hair dryers in the hot spring area.

GGuest UserHere's a review of a hotel located in the heart of Akasaka, offering easy access to two subway lines. It's a quiet business-boutique hotel with more spacious rooms than similar establishments, making it ideal for commuting to the city center or exploring Roppongi/Akasaka. **Key Highlights (Reasons to Choose This Hotel):** 1. **Dual Subway Access + Central Akasaka – Convenient for Anywhere:** * Approximately a 4-minute walk to Akasaka Station and a 6-minute walk to Tameike-Sanno Station, covering multiple lines for easy access to Ginza, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Tokyo Station. Haneda Airport is about 45-60 minutes away. * Within walking distance of Roppongi, Tokyo Midtown, and Akasaka Sacas, boasting vibrant shopping and dining areas. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located downstairs, making daily life easy. * The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it a better option for rest compared to Shinjuku or Shibuya. 2. **More Spacious and Well-Designed Rooms Than Other Japanese Hotels in the Same Category:** * Standard rooms are approximately 15-18 sqm, larger than most business hotels in Tokyo, allowing two large suitcases to be opened without feeling cramped. * Comfortable bedding with memory foam/low-rebound pillows. Bathrooms feature bathtubs and smart toilets, with stable water pressure and temperature. Amenities are comprehensive. * Good natural light, with most rooms feeling bright and airy. Cleanliness is up to Japanese standards. 3. **Practical Facilities, Suitable for Long Stays/Families:** * A coin-operated laundry room is available on the 12th floor (washing 300 JPY/drying 100 JPY), and microwaves are on multiple floors, friendly for long-term guests. * A small, complimentary gym on the 3rd floor is a bonus for business travelers or fitness enthusiasts. * Cribs/children's amenities can be arranged, making it family-friendly. The front desk offers multilingual service, with fluent English, and handles luggage storage/package receiving efficiently. 4. **Consistent Service, Thoughtful Details:** * The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional, responding quickly. Small items like chargers and hair straighteners can be borrowed, with some guests reporting feeling 'valued'. * Free high-speed Wi-Fi is stable. Some periods offer guidance.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was a bit small, but that's acceptable for the price. The biggest issue was that the fridge barely cooled at all; it was more for show than for actual use.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a free shuttle to Disneyland. The airport limo bus stops directly at the hotel. No house keeping. The rooms are very small. Can probably open one luggage at a time. Take note that during winter, the aircon is on heater mode. The room is very hot and stuffy. Only returned to the room at night, hence the temperature was still bearable. If during the day, I think the room will be extremely hot without the aircon.
