AAnonymous UserMy stay at Tobu Hotel Levant Asakusa was absolutely fantastic, definitely a five-star experience! The hotel's location is superb, right near Senso-ji Temple. It’s super convenient to walk to Kaminarimon and Nakamise Shopping Street, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making getting around a breeze. It's also very close to the station, so even with luggage, there’s no stress at all. The room was clean and tidy, and for Tokyo, the space was quite comfortable. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, so I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, with stable hot water, and everything was meticulously maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and communicative, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. Overall, the hotel felt well-managed and the service professional. It offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel next time I'm in the Asakusa area of Tokyo, and I'll be recommending it to my friends.

GGuest UserThis was my second stay, and once again the room was incredibly neat and clean. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are a huge plus. The hotel is very close to the attractions, and the front desk staff are warm and attentive. There's an open-air observation deck on the rooftop, which is perfect for enjoying snacks and the night view. Highly recommend for families traveling with children!

MM227909****The hotel's location is fantastic. You can reach the Shinjuku Station New South Exit in just a few minutes from the second floor. The rooms on the higher floors offer great views, perfect for seeing the city lights twinkling at night. Plus, there's an Alexa smart assistant in the room that you can connect to via Bluetooth.

SSettapong N.📍 Location & Accessibility This hotel’s best feature is its incredible location — literally a few steps from Akihabara Station (JR, Metro Hibiya Line, and Tsukuba Express), making almost everywhere in Tokyo easy to reach. You’ll find restaurants, convenience stores, anime shops, and cafes right outside. Its placement in the heart of the Akihabara electronics and pop-culture district is perfect for tech lovers and casual explorers alike. 🛏 Rooms & Comfort Rooms are typical of central Tokyo — compact but functional. Standard amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a kettle. While some guests feel the rooms are small (especially with larger luggage), most find them clean and comfortable enough for short to medium stays. Bathrooms are small, as expected in Japanese city hotels, but generally well-maintained. ✨ Cleanliness & Service Overall, cleanliness scores high among guests, with many praising the housekeeping and friendly, helpful staff. Some reviews mention minor dust or cleanliness issues — like spots under furniture — but these reports are in the minority compared to the overwhelmingly positive feedback. 🍽 Breakfast & Facilities The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with Japanese and Western options (for a fee), and there’s also a Denny’s attached for convenient meals. Other facilities include vending machines, luggage storage, a business center, and 24-hour reception.

LluciferchengThe hotel is conveniently located near JR Shinjuku Station, right by the Metropolitan Government Building. The lobby is on the second floor, and the hotel itself is split into two buildings. You can enjoy a light show from your room at night. The room was quite spacious, though the bathroom facilities looked a bit dated. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Kabukicho. This is an older, established 5-star hotel.

CCleav3rI've always been a loyal fan of Ascott, but the Ascott Tokyo really left me speechless. Upon check-in, we were informed that the entire building would have a power outage on our last day, meaning all guests had to vacate their rooms before noon. What's more, luggage storage wasn't allowed, so we had to drag our five suitcases ourselves to the JR Tokyo Station, about a 10-minute walk away, and pay 5000 yen to store them. The hotel offered no compensation or even assistance with transporting the luggage to the station. Even more outrageous, the power went out twice in the middle of the night that day, causing the washing machine to stop mid-cycle and forcing us to rewash a whole load of clothes. Additionally, the power outage was announced to start at noon, but breakfast wasn't served at all that morning. At check-in, the front desk staff had us register for a new ASR membership and gave us breakfast vouchers, promising they could be used any day, yet when we tried to use them, breakfast wasn't available? What a joke. Please note, we were only informed of this entire power outage incident upon check-in. Why wasn't this communicated in advance? A power outage affecting the entire building is a major event, and the hotel must have known about it well in advance. If we had been notified earlier, we would have had time to choose another hotel. Instead, the hotel's complete inaction left us with no other options upon arrival. This is completely unacceptable in Japan, a country known for its excellent customer service!

GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel for it's location, facility and service! The subway entrance of Higashi Ginza station is nearly right in front to the hotel front door so you can access to several tourist locations near grey line or deep pink line easily. I realized hotel in Tokyo do not have hotpublic bath but this hotel has one!! You can also check how crowded the bath is from your room through TV monitor. The hotel offers Happy Hour service where you can enjoy free flow of sake, wine, beverages and simple snacks like dried fruits and chips from 5pm to 9pm. Hoteliers are all very kind and helping which made overall experience at this hotel incredible!

GGuest UserHere's a review of a hotel located in the heart of Akasaka, offering easy access to two subway lines. It's a quiet business-boutique hotel with more spacious rooms than similar establishments, making it ideal for commuting to the city center or exploring Roppongi/Akasaka. **Key Highlights (Reasons to Choose This Hotel):** 1. **Dual Subway Access + Central Akasaka – Convenient for Anywhere:** * Approximately a 4-minute walk to Akasaka Station and a 6-minute walk to Tameike-Sanno Station, covering multiple lines for easy access to Ginza, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Tokyo Station. Haneda Airport is about 45-60 minutes away. * Within walking distance of Roppongi, Tokyo Midtown, and Akasaka Sacas, boasting vibrant shopping and dining areas. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located downstairs, making daily life easy. * The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it a better option for rest compared to Shinjuku or Shibuya. 2. **More Spacious and Well-Designed Rooms Than Other Japanese Hotels in the Same Category:** * Standard rooms are approximately 15-18 sqm, larger than most business hotels in Tokyo, allowing two large suitcases to be opened without feeling cramped. * Comfortable bedding with memory foam/low-rebound pillows. Bathrooms feature bathtubs and smart toilets, with stable water pressure and temperature. Amenities are comprehensive. * Good natural light, with most rooms feeling bright and airy. Cleanliness is up to Japanese standards. 3. **Practical Facilities, Suitable for Long Stays/Families:** * A coin-operated laundry room is available on the 12th floor (washing 300 JPY/drying 100 JPY), and microwaves are on multiple floors, friendly for long-term guests. * A small, complimentary gym on the 3rd floor is a bonus for business travelers or fitness enthusiasts. * Cribs/children's amenities can be arranged, making it family-friendly. The front desk offers multilingual service, with fluent English, and handles luggage storage/package receiving efficiently. 4. **Consistent Service, Thoughtful Details:** * The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional, responding quickly. Small items like chargers and hair straighteners can be borrowed, with some guests reporting feeling 'valued'. * Free high-speed Wi-Fi is stable. Some periods offer guidance.

GGuest UserGood location, near Tokyo Big Sight. Very convenient for business travellers or conference participants. Polite and friendly hotel staff. Small clean room with excellent breakfast. Limited amenities in the hotel, as it is more like a business hotel. Food options are available within the hotel and nearby malls. Not forgetting the Gundam statue nearby.
