The studio is located near the sea and bus stops. The room has everything you need. Clean and quiet. No noise from cars.

Not the best start - had to call and the owner did’nt seem to know who we were or which booking site we had used - he tried to guess… eventually he gave us the best room at the top which had a very big terrace and a fabulous sea view - at night you could see the lights of Naxos and a great starry sky. Not quire where it was supposed to be on the location map but very walkiable and the roads are all lit. Lovely garden.

No one on arrival to give us the room, room unprepared and dirty, does not correspond to the description, staff seems overwhelmed, very dilapidated room

Excellent 2-night stay in this quiet studio, with a beautiful view of the sea, a charming garden and overlooked by a pretty monastery.

Excellent location, for those seeking tranquility, near the small port of Piso Livadi. the structure is certainly dated but the price is right. you are half an hour from all the main points and you sleep at night without the slightest noise
