Our first time staying here in Nobu. I wanted a hotel right by the airport for our trip back the next day. Distance (about 5-10 min) from airport. No traffic and we were picked up by a limo ☺️. The hotel is exceptional. The staff , they were amazing. Did beyond the best to give us the greatest service. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Worth every penny.

Ambiance and cool room. Very friendly staff. Thank you so much for fast check-in and check-out. Looking forward to stay again. Clean and hygiene bathroom and towels. Stayed one night after visiting Boracay. I emailed them in advance and asked them to pick me up at the airport. It was room of coral wing of bottom category that stayed, but area and comfort are enough, too. There were 2 toilets. When I checked in, I was asked if I wanted a room on the sea side or the fountain side, so I chose the fountain side. After 6:00 p.m., we could see the fountain show that was held every hour from the living room and bathroom of the room. I can't hear the sound that much. The good points of the room are the large space for luggage, where you can go directly from the entrance, where there is a dresser with bright lights, where there is a non-slip at the bottom of the wide bathtub, where there is a bench in the shower room, And so on. The amenity has a good scent and the air volume of the dryer is sufficient. The touch of the bathrobe was also good. I had an early flight the next morning, so I asked the concierge to arrange a grab for me. . It was a reliable service.

The biggest highlight is probably the Chinese front desk. The sanitation in the room is not bad. There is a 7-11 convenience store downstairs. There are gas stations nearby, and several Chinese supermarkets that can buy Chinese food, but if you want to talk about the outdoor sanitation environment nearby, Is really bad 😷😷😷

The hotel and room is nice. However, feel that the sheets and the towels are not that clean. The sheets do not feel clean. They’re itchy when I put the duvet up my neck. I found some stains on the pillowcase and the bedsheet. The towels also had weird stains on them and one did not smell clean.

The hotel has really good airport pickup and drop off service for a reasonable fee. The location is not so far from the airport either. The lady at the reception was super nice 😊.The downer was the AC in the room. It was so loud it made it hard to sleep. There were no slippers in the room though, I think they would be nice to have especially after a long trip.

Stayed for a night only. I got a free upgrade on the 18th floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 t&b (one with bath), small kitchen and two verandas. I arrived at 9am, too early for check in but they allowed me to leave my luggage at the hotel while I meet my friends until check in. Everybody was nice but I noticed that they treat Chinese differently. Room wasn’t so clean. Fridge was not cleaned before my check in so were the cupboards. There were trash inside prolly left by the former guests. Couch was very dirty and clearly stained. The space was good but I’m very particular with cleanliness and sanitation considering the price.

I have stayed at the Copacabana many times and I always had a good experience but on my latest trip, I experienced such an amazing degree of professionalism and good value that I just had to let someone else know. First of all, every member of the staff was courteous, efficient and friendly. My room was situated on the highest floor (11) in order to avail the lowest cost. Because of the low cost, I was not expecting such a big and well-apointed room which included a refrigerator, sink, and 2 twin-sized beds, The room was clean with solid wood parquet floors. The Hotel has a wonderful rather large swimming pool with a garden on one side and the restaurant on the other side where I enjoyed my breakfast before taking a cool dip.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel since it is only 700 meters away from the SMX convention center (we can get there in 10 minutes by foot). We loved our stay for the following reasons: 1. Perfect location since it is close to SMX convention center as well as to SM Mall of Asia. It is also connected to a small mall with a grocery store and a pharmacy. 2. Awesome service. When we left the do not disturb sign for the whole day, they left a card that says we may call them up to 6 pm if we want to have our room cleaned, but since we did not mind a little clutter we decided not to ask for housekeeping services. Then at around 5:45 om they called us to make sure if we do not need anything else. 3. Love the toiletries, they use paraben and silicone free products so I no longer need to bring my own (which I usually do since sometimes hotel toiletries are too harsh and too heavily scented). 4. We booked the lowest tier room (studio deluxe) which has a water dispenser and a microwave aside from the usual hotel room amenities. We particularly loved the microwave because the nearby Golden Bay Seafood restaurant has large servings hence we just brought our leftovers to the hotel to be reheated on our next meal. 5. Food is good, we loved their seafood Aglio Olio which was savory with a slight kick. Breakfast buffet also has a nice variety with generally good food. 6. Reasonable room rates at around 4,000 PHP a night.

What a cool, funky place to spend a night while you're waiting to fly out. The pool and courtyard area were lovely and shaded. Our double room was small and cosy. The bathrooms and shower rooms were spotless. The wifi worked quite well. The free brekky was basic: toast, jam, peanut butter with coffee, tea or Ovaltine. I saw some oats there as well. It was a great place to spend a night in transit. So close to the airport.

Location is good near the airport,but I had to wait in the reception for a person that can help me,room was clean.nice pool view but the pet cat shouldn't be there sleeping on the chair since it was a breakfast venue,not hygienic. We requested for a crib for the baby and the crib was really cute, they have the specification of for either boy and girl baby. Room is clean,facilities are in good condition.Staffs are very accomodating and helpful. The apartelle is situated in a peaceful and quite area. There is no walking distance convenience store or mall nearby, only a small sari-sari store by the neighborhood. I advice you to have a grab app for transpo and food deliveries, but if you dont have, Reception is always willing to assist you. 😊 It's also better if they an electric kettle available in the room so guests don't need to approach reception everytime they need hot water. Hehe 😊😊 Overall, it was a nice comfortable stay.
