I arrived at 5am due to unexpected delays and they charged me a fee to check in early after traveling all night. The front desk spoke English and was friendly. The hotel was clean and I didn’t experience any problems with the hotel cleanliness. The location. Isn’t easy to see because it’s not on the Main Street but it was only 2 minutes walk to the beach and lots of places to eat drink coffee etc all within 5 minutes or less walking distance. I would stay here again. It’s definitely worth the money.

Excellent, quiet, peaceful, rooms are tidy. Lots of cafes nearby.

The rooms are not very new, but in good condition, spacious. The hotel staff quickly respond to requests. For a 3-star hotel, it is a decent one.

Great hotel. This is not my first time staying here, it's my third time. They already recognize you by face at the reception, which is nice. Clean, neat, high-quality daily cleaning, friendly staff, fresh bed linen. Only the price has gone up a lot. Otherwise, 5 out of 5 points.

The hotel is too far inside but it's not bad. The room is clean. The service is good. The only thing is that the bed is made of hard iron. Sleeping on it hurts the whole body. The mattress is made of big iron bars with holes. If there was another mattress without iron, it would be very good. It's clean and has amenities in the room. The only thing is the bed. If it can be improved, it would be very good.

The hotel is located in the deepest part of an unknown alley. You can take the free golf shuttle bus from the hotel and get off at the intersection of the alley and Zhongtian 1st Road. The beach is opposite. There are cafes, swensen's ice cream shop, 7-11 at the intersection. There is also a night market and a lobster seafood buffet restaurant opened by a Chinese boss next to it. Life is relatively convenient. The hotel is not very clean. On the first night, the bed sheets were not clean and covered with blankets and sheets, which was really shocking. The sheets changed every day were better. The bath towels were very old and dirty, the faucet flow in the washbasin was very small, there was no soap, and the shampoo provided made my hair itchy after washing. There was no door or shower curtain in the bathing area, and the bathroom was full of water after taking a bath. The front desk service attitude was very good, the staff were very polite, and the guests staying in the hotel were mainly Thais. The room has a refrigerator and a small TV. If I hadn't suddenly decided to come to Pattaya, I wouldn't have stayed there because there were too few options for booking on the day.

Extremely bad! Extremely bad! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Thailand! The room facilities are old, just like the style of the century. The hotel we were given is on the second floor. This room is connected to the outside platform. People from outside can climb in directly through the room. Moreover, the room is not soundproof at all, which poses a great safety risk. Yes, I contacted the front desk. The service attitude of the front desk was extremely poor and they did not communicate at all. Ctrip's agent called their manager many times and did not answer the phone. When I got up the next day and slept in their bed, my whole body was red and I couldn't meet the basic hygienic conditions. I just want to deceive consumers. I suggest you avoid it! ! !

The accommodation is a bit hard to find.
