"The decoration style of the hotel is very dark... I don't recommend bringing children to this hotel, hehe, very calm and down.
Hotel facilities: small elevator, no air conditioning in the corridor, open the window, the shampoo and hand soap in the room are not good, there is no soap. The bath water is very small. The bed is very comfortable.
Hygiene: OK, very good. There is a little sand at the door of the room... Maybe the last person who stayed there went to the beach.
Breakfast: The food quality is good, but there are not many varieties.
Service: Basic five-star hotel services are available, not high or low.
This hotel costs more than 1,400 yuan a night, and a 5-year-old child needs to be charged separately. There are many other 5-star hotels nearby that are less than 1,000 RMB. I feel that the cost performance here is not very high, and the service is not very mature. The food is not bad, but not particularly delicious. Overall, I don't feel like coming back to this hotel. It's not bad, but not very good. It's a strange experience."

"The best thing happened in this trip and we really enjoyed all aspects of what they were offering! Although the bath weren’t functional and they sent twice the engineers to fix it …. Kinda nice but also kinda getting late …. But we would like to come back anytime for the sand for the hotel and more sand 🤩"

"The room was clean. But reception lady took our passports and kept with the hotel until we checked out. Maybe it is hotel’s policy but passport is like ID card for foreign travelers. I think we should be able to keep it with ourselves ALL THE TIME.
Also the wifi was bad maybe my room was out of range . So please avoid rooms on 3rd floor"

"The impact of Corona in August 2022 was the off-season, with most shops closed, Muine was generally quiet and restaurants and shops closed, making it like a ghost town. If you move a little, there is a shop that sometimes opens the door.
The staff working at night at the resort reception show social kindness but they don't really get to it.
The pool is pretty. There is a pool between 0.7-1.5m and the pool is long so it is so good to swim.
Cleanliness is the worst. I see a mouse dung in the window. The mouse lives hard. As soon as the door opened, two lizards welcomed us. I traveled afterwards and saw a lot of lizards, but it seems to be just a lot in Vietnam. But .. Shocking. cockroaches come out.. The facilities are old but well maintained."

"We went to learn kitesurfing, and the entire beach was full of hotels. The hotel environment is good and the facilities are quite satisfactory, but the sound insulation is relatively checked. The breakfast is very hearty, the taste is very good, the breakfast is the most satisfying, and the service is barely passable. We ordered a seaside dinner, the food is just so-so, better than the environment. In general, 5-star price, 4-star facilities, 3-star service"

GGuest UserBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.

GGuest UserI'm giving this hotel 10/10 as it was perfect for the money I paid. The service was great, and the host was very accommodating. There are swimming pools and a shuttle service that takes you within the premises. It's located pretty far from the heart of muine, but it was not a problem for us as we had our own motorbike. It will be a perfect option for people who don't plan to explore everything around, but rather relax and chill in the hotel area and on nearby beach. You can still book some tours that will take you to the places you want though

TP-HOMES PHAN THI Ế T is absolutely awesome! The service is the best, the staff are all friendly and warm smiles. The local food is really delicious, especially the seafood is crazy. The scenery overlooking the sea was so beautiful that it was just nice to be bruised all day. Really recommended!

TTRooms are nice, spacious, modern and offer a nice view of the ocean. Good feeling of privacy in your own little cabin with a balcony and well maintained gardens outside.
The shower was broken when we arrived and blood red rusty water shot out when we first tried it. We were kindly given the neighboring cabin. Unfortunately the phone service was also not working in both cabins we visited so we needed to communicate with the front desk via WhatsApp.
Another unfortunate part of our stay was when we asked the front desk to book a taxi for us. It took 30 minutes to arrive and were charged over double the cost of the Grab we took on the way home from the Mui Ne main town.
Would reccomend if you want a beautiful view and a quiet private room. But it does not have first class amenities or service.

GGuest UserThe room is not big but it doesn't feel cramped. The outdoor swimming pool is very good, with a direct sea view. The stairs are on the beach at low tide in the morning and directly in the sea at high tide in the afternoon. The yogurt, jam (there are 4 kinds of kiwi, pineapple, strawberry and chocolate), and fruits (passion fruit, dragon fruit, banana, mango, watermelon) in the breakfast are delicious. The front desk is friendly and can book long-distance bus tickets for you. There are restaurants and small supermarkets nearby, and it is also walking distance from the public beach.

GGuest UserThe place is quaint with lots of plants, a few cat, couple dogs, some birds, lizards etc. we booked it for the kids. The pool is a bit small. There are too many ants due to the nature of the house. The ants are small and harmless but I didn’t like that.
The room is huge, I think it can sleep 10 in a row as it’s got 3 king size beds in a row!
The pool is quite small.
There’s a small market in the morning right outside the home stay where you can buy fruits and local foods which is nice. The sellers are extremely friendly and they don’t try to over charge because you’re a foreigner. The local restaurants are also quite good for simple noodles and rice for cheap prices.
The location is quite far from town so it’ll cost about 130k to go to town.
The owners speak English well, very friendly and help to book taxis etc.

MM.RomanchikA large hotel complex with swimming pools, a sauna, a hammam and its own infrastructure in the form of cafes, shops and coffee shops. Very convenient. Prices are slightly higher than in Mui Ne itself, but not critical. There is a private beach with sun loungers. The complex is located on a hill, you can go up to the reception directly on an escalator or an electric car. There is a private beach. The center of Mui Ne is about 20 km away. It is not convenient without a bike. With a bike, it is a pain to ride there) We stayed for 5 days. We really liked the room and the complex itself. Daily cleaning, a visit to the sauna was included in the price and the pools too. Beautiful view. Comfortable to sleep and you can't hear your neighbors. We had a good rest! The only thing is that when booking it was indicated that there was a mini kitchen, but in fact the stove did not work. We were unable to prepare a minimal breakfast. But for us it was not critical, we did not contact the staff about this.

JJohnny197480% of the guests are Russian couples on a package tour. The guy at the reception demanded my passport ”as deposit” - the practice, I never met with anywhere before! He was insisting on that demand being a normal practice and showed me stocks of Russian passports. Finally gave him VND 500000 deposit instead (returned at check-out). The room was spacious, but bathroom very small. Bad smell inside. AC worked ok. The water pressure was low, the hot water below body's temperature. The plumber came and through google translation said it was ”because of high consumption”. But the pressure and temperature never became normal throughout my stay, even late at night. The plumber was reluctant to go for some 5 minutes more after this verdict as if he expected tips for his service! Breakfast (included) was good. For lunch and dinner the best quality per price was the restaurant in front of this hotel across the road; many other eateries nearby were much worse. The beach is just OK for Muine, as there you can not swim due to the waves. Overall hotel is absolutely not worth the money paid.
