"Excellent customer service experience with front desk even when having issues went above and beyond to accommodate would definitely love to come back."
"The design of the hotel is trendy, the breakfast is rich, the bar is average, and there is a place to charge mobile phones and computers for free in the lobby. The hotel is in the city center, suitable for city walks at night. The hotel is two steps away from the Pennsylvania Convention Center."
"The hotel is next to the City Hall! Opposite is the cinema ~ There seemed to be many celebrities coming and going in the evening bar activities haha ~ There was a handsome middle-aged man at the front desk who had lived in China for 6 years. He spoke great Chinese and checked in in Chinese 😎 The bed in the room was very comfortable!"

"Had to wait for room with a safe then when you got room safe didn’t work.
Elevator service horrible wait time 10 to 15 minutes with no hallway air conditioning.
Bathroom had a town on rack was full lipstick imprint."
"This Four Seasons is located in a newly built high-rise in the center of Philadelphia. It should be the most fashionable one in the area. The Four Seasons service is online, so there is no need to worry. The lobby is on the 60th floor, with a panoramic view of the city, and the rooms are below."
"There is a shuttle bus to the airport, 20 minutes. Free coffee, computers and printers are available in the lobby. Very close to the airport. But going to the city is far away, driving for about 30 minutes"
"The breakfast room is beautiful. The front desk service is very good and very serious. I changed my change once, but I didn't expect to be so serious: there are banknotes of various denominations and they are neatly placed, which is not easy!"
"The newest hotel in the University City, with new facilities but small rooms, and good service (we sent a refrigerator in, although we didn't bring it with us, but it was delivered quickly when we asked for it). There is streetparking nearby which is very convenient. In the middle of upenn campus."
"The location of the hotel is very good. On the left hand side is the town hall. On the right side, a few streets are the Independence Palace. The opposite is Marriott. There are delicious coffee and bread downstairs. It is very convenient to eat and go shopping."
"Was celebrating my brother's birthday. Fran in reservations took note of the special occasion, so a card and a banner were placed in room prior to us checking in. It's the little things that count and it put a smile on my bro's birthday. Well appointed room. Bed was very comfortable, shower pressure was nice. Front desk who checked us in was just going through the motions, doesn't know how the metro works and has a dirty jacket. F&B /IRD isn't fully restored but we're still in post COVID world so not unexpected.
This is a 3/3.5 star hotel, and assuming i am grading within that scale, i would give it a 4 overall."

GGuest UserSofitel is an elegant brand and is often located at the heart of the city. The Philadelphia location is perfect for those who want to see the city and is luxurious enough to stay in for some rest and relaxation. There's a restaurant in the lobby. In walking distance are some of the best restaurants in the area as well as historical attractions. The room included a King bed, a roll-in shower, and many other amenities. Because I was here for a conference, transportation to and from the convention center was available. Next to the convention center is the Reading Terminal Market. However, if you like to walk, the sites are amazing and the Reading Market is only 1 mile away. Hidden costs were disclosed upon check out. You might want to ask about that from your travel agent or the hotel management.

GGuest UserExcellent stay at the Double Tree Hotel. Just stayed for one night and paid a little more to have a room on the 23rd floor. Had a beautiful view of City Hall. Parking was self park and $38 in the garage next door. However a nice perk is you get parking privileges until 11:59pm on the day of check out. So if you have a few more hours to explore Philly you can just leave your car in the garage. Room was very clean, bright and the staff were friendly. King size bed was comfortable. Overall very satisfied

YYueliang1974The scenery outside the window is good, you can see the Franklin Bridge directly, the surrounding is very safe, the breakfast is also rich, the front desk coffee is casually drunk, there is no microwave in the house, there is in the lobby. Not far from the Independence Palace, the Freedom Bell, Chinatown, about 20 minutes walk. The sanitation is probably clean, I caught two as soon as I checked in.

JJamesNot far from the city center, the subway is not far away, the hotel room is relatively small, but considering the location of the gold expensive can understand. Only free lemonade in the lobby is available for drinking.

SShuihuaFacilities: During the graduation season, the prices of various hotels in Philadelphia have increased a lot. We booked a twin room and a king-size bed room. The king-size bed room is relatively large and comfortable. There is a microwave.
Hygiene: OK
Environment: No supporting facilities. There is a gas station and convenience store not far away.
Service: Overall OK
GGuest UserI booked a high-rise room, which was very quiet but a bit expensive. I was very dissatisfied that the hotel charged me for three nights' parking after booking two nights.
GGuest UserGenerally speaking, the hotel maintains its own brand style and is quite satisfactory. It has enough space for business trips. This business trip was quite far from the meeting place, so I took UBER every day to solve the transportation problem.

GGuest UserI was in town for the Roots Picnic so the location and minimal service I needed were the best features. Outside of that, if you’re looking for a space you can feel completely comfortable, like give yourself spa day type showering and grooming and walk around with your toes on the floor, this isn’t it. If you’re in town to get lit, come in and pass out, this may work for you.
My carpet had crazy stains, the mattress dipped and I could tell my sheet with either dirty or old with pen scribbles and other small stains that couldn’t come out. There was also no comforter, just the fleece blanket with the sheet over. I could tell paint was just smacked on the wall to cover repairs, part of the sink was detaching, water pressure in the shower was trash…I just did not fully enjoy my stay.
