I travel a lot for business and New Palace Hotel is the cleanest hotel I have found in Bac Lieu but it still as a lot to be desired!! But at least I don’t share my room with insects and creatures as other hotels I have tried in Bac Lieu!! It is supposed to be 5* but there Is never any hot water to shower at night or in the mornings!! Every time I check in I ask is there hot water to shower they always promise there is but it is not true!! Hot water is not a luxury!! The pillows are hard so cannot sleep well. The restaurant never as much food , I don’t know why they have a menu because they never have what you want. You end up asking ok tell me what you do have!!
