"We had one night stay in the hotel. The location is convenient, just few minutes walk from train station. The hotel is big,there is bar and restaurant. Breakfast is lovely, staff were very friendly. The room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfy. Our room is on top floors so has a great view. Ricado and Karina at the reception were great, very helpful and informative. We will stay here next time we are in Milan."

"Hotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals."

"I had an immediate need to search a room for 3 people for a trip to Milan. Booked just one day before and without much comparison given the hurry. Find this structure that was near where I was served and in zone B. He had a great price on trip and I didn't expect much. It was a very beautiful surprise. Big, clean and clean room. Fantastic shower experience. It is located next to a padel structure where you go for the reception. I didn't know about breakfast, but they made me find a variety of cookies, merendy, thee, cupcakes and fruit juices of a variety of quality. "The hotel provides breakfast service. I have provided the room number or kicked me out to prevent me from having breakfast there. I have to go to other buildings to eat with the Chinese people of the big tour group. I have said that I am a hotel I booked by myself. It is not a guest of the big tour group or drove me out. The attitude is so bad, the language is discriminatory, and I know the mistakes and I don't apologize,"
