An Amazing and beautiful property near Mumbai with Very Cordial staff and Mouth watering food....with lots of indoor and outdoor activities....Best part is swimming pool .....Good Hygiene with neat and clean room ........Must Visit place for Holidays .

We had stayed at this property for a few days during our trip to Igatpuri. The Resort is located just off the Mumbai Nashik Highway. The property is nicely laid out with lots of greenery as well as open spaces. The rooms which are quite spacious, seem little aged. The choice of food in the menu is quite limited, but what was served was quite tasty. The highlight of our stay was the outdoor activities like Archery, Unstable Bridge, Target shooting etc., which was real fun. Sandeep and his team who were the staff ***ning these activities did a wonderful job by giving us proper guidance and assistance. The swimming pool at the center of the resort is also well maintained and big enough to accommodate a group. The staff, be it at the front desk, housekeeping, spa, room service or the restaurant are all very attentive, helpful and efficient. Special mention about Jaya at the Restaurant who served us very well on more than one occasions. Thank you. A few things which could be better: 1) The centralized air-conditioner was noisy and we informed the front desk about it, but they could not be of much help. 2) We also found that there was no peep holes in the main door, which is quite odd. 3) I requested for an extra Key card to my room, but was informed that the system does not allow duplication of key cards. This needs to be looked into and sorted because an extra key card is very useful if one of the occupants wants to move in and out of the room without disturbing the other occupants. 4) More options in the Menu. Presently, the choice is quite limited. Overall, we did had a very relaxing stay.

May 2024 I was planning a quick 2 day mid week break with my wife and son . I wanted it to be very good experience. Luckily everything fell in place and we made our plans . After looking over at least 50 resorts , i came across the website of Tropical Retreat Luxury Resort and Spa . Various Youtube Videos and positive reviews helped me decide to go there for one day as I was already in Igatpuri and staying at ***as Petting Resort( which is also amazing by the way- The Dogs and Bird area is too good ). I decided that Tropical Retreat Luxury Resort and Spa is the place that i should go to. The next day I landed at the resort as it was nearby from ***as. We were greeted by the ***ager Mr. Suraj Khandizod, Ms. Shrutti and Ms. Roshni at the Reservation ***** with a welcome drink and a wet napkin to kill the heat. Really warm, Friendly and nice people who were always very helpful in explaining the nearby areas and facilities. Surprisingly we were provided with unlimited drinking water in our room , which is usually charged and 10 on 10 for that being a hot Summer. The resort is well planned keeping in mind all age groups. A Gym, Lotus Cafe- A coffee area , A game Room, 2 separate pools and the play activity area where we had good fun. Burma Bridge, Air Cycling, Unstable Bridge, Archery, Target Shooting & ***y more. But due to the summer heat we only enjoyed a few. The breakfast buffet was delicious . Mr. Jaswinder at the restaurant and his team did a good job. They have 2 restaurants . Ambrosia and Jade. Jade is a Pan asian Restaurant where we had dinner. I was really amazed with their Pan Asian menu . Mr. Su*** and Mr. Suraj were very warm and polite and recommended us the food and it was really yummy. I think it was the best Chinese food I have ever eaten outside Mumbai or otherwise. Plus we got a complimentary pastry - It was a sweet gesture from Mr. Su***. I guess a small elevator should be made for the senior citizens . A little expensive but worth the experience and will definitely go there again.

Nice place to visit again. Very welcome on arrival by Cold towels and Cold water , special drink. At reception Dikshant is their , he knows very well about property and Sham guided to us for side scenes , nice hospitality by hotel staff. Temperature control pool is very nice. Tropical is the best place for family.

This place is fabulous life peacefully with nice wheather, and you will not understand how the day passed. Rohini, Sham & Dikshant they were excellent in their job. We honestly loved our stay. Food very nice, Breakfast buffet was very vast and amazing Thank you so much 🙏

4/5 WE went for a family weekend trip and it was my husband bday. I requested them for small decor in bedroom with cake and they lived up to expectation. The rooms are nice and spacious with all amenities...the pool is spacious and the surrounding is good and can relax after swim.

Also Lovely anniversary decor and surprise by Souresh and Tanweer.. I Really appreciate your efforts! The food is equally delicious and staff is polite and very humble! Worth going!

We have came here to celebrate our anniversary..but Mr Avinash Nikam and Amol Gunjal planned pleasant surprise for us by decorating our room..we were overwhelmed by it..staff of the resort treats with great hospitality

Lovely resort. Needs some more maintenance though. Food should be authentic maharashtrian. You could avoid making inter continental dishes. Poha upma chutney prawn dish were very tasty. Rooms are great with beautiful views. Enjoyed our stay.
