There are only weak lights at the entrance of each building. When you go back to the room at night, you need to use your mobile phone to flash the flashlight. There is also no TV signal in the room. I called the front desk and said that I wanted to download the APP to watch TV by myself. I downloaded the APP according to the scan installation prompt and I always quit for no reason. 多少年沒有過這麼差的入住體驗了，差的太出乎意料！先説服務，沒有任何服務可言，就算是周邊的村民上崗也需要做好培訓吧？停車到大堂門口嚇一跳，下午3點多一個酒店大堂居然裏面黑黑的不開燈，以為是停電了或者是倒閉了。問前台人家也不以為然，可能是為了節能環保吧。外面下着雨從大堂到房間也沒電瓶車送，一問答曰電瓶車同事去鎮上拿快遞去了。。。給我兩把傘指路告訴我怎麼走。房間也沒網絡，所有公區雜草叢生沒有景可言，到處都是破敗不堪的景象，我不知道花錢住這裡是來受罪的還是來做慈善的，560的房價也沒有早餐，得去鎮上吃。如果你們定位為鄉村賓館還行，如此下去我看你們多久垮，估計也撐不了多久。對了，衞生方面就不要指望了，這樣的團隊毫無管理理念你房間衞生幹不乾淨得看搞衞生的大媽講不講究。不會再來。也會告訴身邊的朋友要他們避雷！

生態環境還可以 但是房間衞生實在有待加強 地上很臟 很久沒有清潔了 洗漱台的刮鬍刀居然是被打開過的 還有別人的鬍鬚 實在挺噁心的 早餐並不是酒店標註的時間 前台就是兩夫妻在運營 然後告訴我們是8.00-8.30的早餐，實在是太趕了。園林四處是落葉，荷塘也都沒有東西看了。電視無法觀看，投屏也一直失敗，網速太慢了。這個酒店硬件建設本身不錯的，可惜維護得太差了。作為攜程鑽石會員自動延時到2點退房（攜程顯示自動升級房型也沒有升級），結果前台也並不知道，拖家帶口牽着孩子過來催促我們離開，給他們截圖拍照以後才説額外申請延遲退房，我們根本不需要去額外申請的。真的很不專業。吃飯的話餐廳停業了，建議開車去5km那邊有幾家餐廳還可以。土菜館為主。

交通：去純溪小鎮半小時，蘆頭境谷50分鐘，對面是亞馬遜水上樂園 衞生：還算不錯 環境：非常滿意，別墅區私隱做得不錯，也相對安靜。 服務：還可以 是非常願意再次入住並推薦給別人的酒店，性價比很高了，有點可惜的是有些空地還待開發，周邊遊樂設施還沒建立起來

酒店內部沒有什麼玩的… 游泳池沒有開放，房間隔音效果不好，電視網絡不行，看一下就沒有信號了。環境還比較舒適吧…
