It is 17 years old. It will be a bit hard to walk. So I usually sleep. I will see it at the door whenever I feel at home. Reservation is required for breakfast. The menu is different every day. Even the jam is made by the owner. It is super healthy and there is too much food to eat, which is great! Besides, the hot springs are not worse than the ones I took in Hakone. The real hot spring water has the familiar smell of rotten eggs, but there is no drinking water in the house. If you can't bear to wash your face with rotten eggs, you can go to the hall to get purified water. To say that the disadvantage is that the location is a little bit off. It is located halfway up the mountain in Houbi Lake. Guests without transportation are not recommended to book. First, the hotel is 2 to 3 kilometers away from restaurants that eat seafood and Kenting Street Station. Distance, second, there are no street lights on that section of the mountain road, and there is no light on the mountain road after the sun sets at 6 o'clock. It is almost impossible to walk. We rented an electric car and walked slowly with the lights on. Fortunately, there were almost no cars on that short mountain road. . If you like lively, you can live in Kenting Street. If you like to take a quiet hot spring to relax, this is definitely the first choice. Then go to her home.

They had many activities such as a water park in the resort, and have a little place with deers for us to feed. The buffet breakfast also have a wide range of food. So do factor in some time for these amenities!

The hotel staff are very good and enthusiastic. There was welcome music when you first came in. The room is old now, but it is very clean. It also has its own beach so you don’t have to go out to be crowded. I will stay there next time. Next, cribs and baby supplies are provided free of charge. Very useful for families with young babies

Beautiful location at the beach. The facilities are really good with different types of pools and a fitness center just next to the main pool. Possible to play volleyball both in the water in one of the pools and on the beach. Also possible to play “water-basketball” in one of the pools. Many activities every day such as bodyboarding (100 TWD) SUP (free) and Archery (free). Location is awesome with a huge private beach. Big playrooms for kids. Breakfast buffet was also really good. If you book the family room we would suggest 1102. Corner room next to the pool with big porch. If you book the double room, the one with porch is a good option for afternoon hang outs. Only negative I can say about the hotel is that they didn’t have WiFi in the fitness center. (But in almost all other places)

Got upgraded to a 2 queensized bed room because we have our baby with us. Breakfast and facilities are nice. But we didnt get the time to spend on the facilities. Room is clean. The only downside is the corridor to the room is quite old and the bathtub is leaking. We met an indonesian waiter in the breakfast restaurant.

Hotel location, less than 50 meters across the road is Dawan Beach, from the back door to go through an alley to Kenting Street, the location is very convenient. The hotel staff is very friendly and take the initiative to solve the problem. The small disadvantage is that the parking location is far away. It takes about five minutes to walk to the hotel after passing Kenting Street.

The hotel service is very good. After parking, there is a shuttle bus to the hotel lobby. I like the infinity swimming pool. Every hotel staff will say hello when I meet them. This is a bit scary. The hotel staff are so polite ❤️. I will come back next time if I have a chance. It’s great to take pictures of the sunset in the afternoon. The Cp value is very high, it is worth going again Located next to the town, quiet in the middle of noisy, shopping and eating late night is very convenient The amusement facilities are a little less, and the outdoor area should be opened later in the evening.

We stayed at Amanda for 2 nights with one of our friend couple. First night, we stayed at the ”Rose City 2 Bedroom Suite” which was exactly like its description - 2 bedroom and one bathroom with two doors which was great. We really enjoyed the first night. The location is great - very close to the night market and all our outdoor activities. Second night, we reserved the ”Ancient Jade Villa” with a private swimming pool. We have traveled enough to know that sometimes pictures posted are outdated so we called the hotel in advance to make sure that it met our needs BEFORE booking. We needed two bedrooms and wanted to book the villa with the private giant swimming pool as it was portrayed on trip.com. We were told that it has two bedrooms - which unfortunately was not true. The swimming pool was not like the one posted on trip.com (they have updated the pictures now) When we told the staff that this was not the room we booked, they said that it was ”renovated” and that the pool was exactly like the picture. The picture of the pool was an almost full size pool that was rectangle and the room we received was a triangular jacuzzi sized pool in the corner (?????) *** I think the most unfortunate part of this incident was that the staffs were treating us as if we are stupid and kept insisting that the room we received was exactly the room on the picture.. (The two pool pictures are below) Thankfully, I'm guessing it is the manager but he handled the situation quite professionally and was able to accomodate us into two separate hotel rooms quite quickly. A frustrating situation was resolved very quickly with care and we really appreciated it. One other thing I'd like to mention is the breakfast restaurant staff's behaviours. - Some of the food were out so we asked if it would be refilled, one of the waitress replied to us that it will be. After 20 minutes of waiting later, we asked another waiter and he said it will NOT be refilled. But about 3 minutes later, it was refilled??? - We asked for some ice, and the waitress said ”Actually, you cannot actually ask for ice” ????? Some other minor issues were: - unstable electricity in the rooms (the electricity plugs kept turning off for some reason) - the lighting in the rooms were way too dark considering that the rooms didn't get too much natural light (to the point where putting on makeup was almost impossible) - the air condition system was unstable (it was either too cold or too hot) - the door handles were either broken or the screws were coming off and there were too many light switches that did not work or were confusing(?)
