Everything was very good, the facilities are a bit old but of a good size, suggestions would be to add a hair dryer in the rooms and to change the towels since during our stay our towels were not changed even once.

Awesome rooms, friendly and supportive members of staff, simple but decent breakfast, close to the beach and to the main road, with plenty of bars, clubs and entertainment, malls and you name it, pool was with a stunning view over the sea, gym was also state of the art.

This is a very nice small hotel with extraordinary service. We stay here every time we are in Playa del Carmen. You feel so comfortable in this place, that you really feel like home. This was our fifth time and we stayed for 8 days. The hotel is excellently located 5 minutes walk from the beach and two blocks from la Quinta Avenida, that is the heart of Playa del Carmen, full of restaurants, bars and cafes, but despite this, the hotel is very quiet and the environment is very relaxed. And this place is cheap when you consider the prices in Playa del Carmen. We strongly recommend it!

The hotel was very, very pleasantly surprised. On the seaside, there is a road with a rooftop swimming pool. The most beautiful infinity pool I have seen. The sea is in the distance. Dropping this hotel provides the greatest comfort on the way

We have been travelling through Mexico for 3 weeks and Hotel Encantada was the worst experience at all. The room was very noisy, the bus station is just across the street and the whole time we were listening to a machine announcing bus arrivals and departures. There was no balcony. The reception staff was absolutely useless, they were not able to help us, tourists, to arrange anything. Not even to advise where we can buy a bottle of water in the middle of night when we arrived. And the oxxo shop was just around the corner! On top of this all, after checking out in a hurry, I realized I forgot a shirt in our room and my friend forget her cosmetics. I immediately asked the receptionist to check and give it back to us. They asked the cleaning lady, she claimed to know nothing and find nothing. I believe I was pretty insistent and still, they did not return our stuff. So the cleaning lady or the reception staff either stole our things or threw ithem away and did not confess to either. I would NOT recommend to anyone to stay in this useless stealing place.

hotel done fixed their mistake from the website I booked. When we arrived they told us we need to pay extra tax & no bkft included. But we showed them the itinerary that we payed. Hotel( Guillermo ) initiatively solve the mistake for us, which is a very good move! Allow us to enjoy more in the beautiful trip. Restaurant waiters are super kind and pay attention on their guests which is five star service we expected all the time. Thanks Walter giving us a wonderful experience. Also the one who assisted us bring luggage downstairs in this morning, Axel was super detail oriented in service, perspected our needs!! He deserved more! Absolutely awesome place to recharge, relax, swim, enjoy great views etc. World class service. We had been traveling for two full days before arriving and we’re greeted by one of the most helpful front desk ppl I’ve ever encountered (Stefan). He got us registered, and ready to go in record time. Our stay was perfect.
