Fine modern hotel in a good location. This hotel just works and serves great buffet breakfasts with wide food choices.

This was my first time in Bulgaria. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was very good. Thank you very much, Victor & Victoria. I hope to see you again.

Second time i stay in this hotel, which is a bit on the outside of the city, but doable to walk to the center. Small parking, and the restaurant could be updated a bit, but otherwise all the rest is perfect. Very friendly staff and nice rooms

All Staff was very attentive and the hotel is very clean and tidy (10/10) reception have a good knowledge of English, some staff have limited English, this does not deter there ability's and are keen to assist and get help as and when needed. The hotel in general has a very welcoming and friendly attitudes to all nationalities would definitely stay there again

I had a very nice stay at that hotel and I could enjoy the kindness of the staff, especially Viktor and Peter that help me a lot to solve the problem of a flat tyre on my rental car. they made me aware that I had a flat tyre and then help me to find a local tyre repair service that could make the repair on the parking of the hotel. Thank you very much for your very kind and very precious assistance! Your manager should be very proud to have staff like you ! I had a very nice stay at that hotel, 6 days long, and I can recommend this place to any traveler coming to Plovdiv ! Thanks a lot guys ! Alain H. BENOIT

The hotel itself is fine, but the location is horrendous. As of 27 August, the construction is so large making crossing the intersection a huge hassle. Transportation is also horrible as buses run only once every 40 minutes, so you have to schedule yourself properly if you want to go to the city Centre. Moreover, calling taxis are incredibly difficult. Taxis attempted to call and no one wants to pick up guests here. If you’re staying in Plovdiv, get yourself a hotel in the city Centre because this location is not great.

Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. Every request has been acted immediately with best customer service. This hotel is highly recommended to anyone.

We have been staying in this place for several years and we love it more an more. The beds are very comfortable, the reception and service very friendly, the breakfast fresh and tasty. We have stayed at IHG hotels around the world,and, frankly, this is one of the best for the money. Congratulations to the management, thanks to the staff!

Large comfortable bed with choice of 2 soft and 2 hard pillows. Breakfast buffet super and similar to a full English breakfast, was tasty. Also fruit, cereal and several bread and salad choices to suit all tastes. Close to all amenities you could ever want. Reception staff kind, polite and very helpful at any time. Staying here made my trip seem very relaxed.

It was a great stay.Room was very clean and spacious.The receptionist Detelina was very pleasant and helpful.Even the gentleman who helped with the parking was very pleasant.The lady at the breakfast counter was very helpful and spoke good English.Overall a very welcoming attitude from all the staff.

Hotel a pochi minuti a piedi dalle maggiori attrazioni della Città di Plovdiv, facile da raggiungere e con parcheggio (a pagamento) di fronte all'entrata dell'Hotel. Nelle vicinanze almeno tre ottimi posti dove cenare. Hotel più che ottimo nel rapporto servizi offerti e costi sostenuti.
