Overall Ok. Perfect stay, tastefully decorated room, excellent food. I can fully recommend the hotel for active and passive relaxation. Great TV program /sport, movie channel/

Very nice hotel!! Perhaps the lobby and the restaurant could be larger, but even in the elevator there is information about the minimum occupancy hours for meals. I was with a family of 2+2, I ate at different times, but I didn't notice any great stress when it comes to the table or "fight" for food. The small minuses far outweigh the BIG PROS. Nice staff at every position, helpful and smiling. Spacious, clean and new-smelling rooms with large balconies and high-quality cosmetics in a functional bathroom. The food was tasty and varied, lots of fruit, delicious soups (I don't normally eat them when I'm away, but I tried both of them every day!), a large selection of meat, and cold plates. I personally witnessed how the staff prepared individual meals for a group on a special diet. Prices are not excessive! Outdoor and indoor swimming pools, plus saunas with an ADULTS ONLY zone. Animations for children 2x 2 hours a day and live music in the evening. Lots of guests with dogs. I don't understand how you can blame the hotel for poor mobile network coverage... for me it was a plus :) and the wifi worked flawlessly! Attractive location, quiet, seemingly off the beaten track and close to everything (beach, shops, etc.). The parking lot at the hotel has a barrier and security patrols regularly. You really can't nitpick except for the little things, unless someone has to find something. I recommend!!!

Pretty decent hotel. Large apartments are a plus - a living room and a separate bedroom, large wardrobes and in the bathroom there is also plenty of space to put cosmetics. Hotel new, nice, food ok. Near to the beach. But... there's a queue every day for breakfast and dinner. Sometimes you have to wait Ok. 30 minutes. In most places in the building, phones do not have coverage, and Wi-Fi also works as expected. 99% of guests are families with children, I definitely do not recommend couples coming here, because it is impossible to rest in this noise, especially if you do not have children of your own. Service Ok. The absolute worst point of the hotel is the fact that common areas such as the hall, lobby and restaurant are too small in relation to the number of rooms. The hotel certainly makes a better impression when the weather is nice, when most of the guests stay in the outdoor areas. But when choosing a holiday at the Polish seaside, you have to take into account that the weather may be terrible. And at that moment, you can only use the swimming pool in the hotel. Pool Ok, although it's still cramped. A plus is the fact that only adults are allowed between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. We also had attractions in the form of leaking ceilings in various parts of the hotel + waking up at 4.30 a.m. with a loud announcement from the loudspeaker in the room that the threat had passed and it was safe to return to the facility ;-) But that's probably the charm of the new building. Overall, the stay was ok, but it always depends on our expectations. Therefore, if someone expects to feel taken care of by the staff and rest in a 5* standard, this is not a good place.

Pros: - fantastic SPA, really 10/10! (it is worth booking in advance, e.g. a week in advance) - clean rooms, very large, spacious - nice and helpful staff - good breakfast - very good soundproofing of the room - close to the sea - the room is equipped with deckchairs and a screen that you can take to the beach Cons: - poor internet connection - water in the children's pool (32 degrees) / jacuzzi (35 degrees) a bit too cold for me. - a few shortcomings probably related to the short opening time, i.e. there was no package for the dog!) ; the door handle of our room fell off; there were no pool cards (but it did not affect the use of the pool) - few food options at breakfast for vegetarians/vege - from 9.00-10.00 you have to wait for a free table, small restaurant

Geräumiges, großes Zimmer ; sehr gutes Bad und bequeme Betten. Das Zimmer war leise , da es zum Innenhof gelegen war. Das Essen war gut und die Auswahl reichlich. Für jeden war was dabei. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ein wirklich tolles Schwimmbad ! Ergänzt durch zwei normale Saunen, ein Dampfbad und eine Infrarotsauna. Auch ein kleiner Fitnessraum ist vorhanden. Der Ort Pobierewo ist allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig, ein Retortendorf für Touristen. Keine Individualität. Reine Massenabfertigung. Überhöhte Preise. Viele Tingeltangelläden und Essbuden.

Wir urlauben aktuell in dem Hotel. Wir hätten das Hotel nicht gebucht, wenn man uns im Vorfeld nicht schriftlich zugesichert hätte, dass jmd. im Teenager Alter den Wellness/Saunabereich auch bis 19:30 Uhr nutzen kann. Für die zeitliche Einschränkung haben wir Verständnis. Es wurde mitgeteilt, dass auch eine Familiensauna zur Verfügung steht.Das Hotel wirbt u.a.mit einem Wellness/ Spa Bereich für Familien. Doch leider hat dieser Bereich um die Familiensauna weder was mit Wellness noch Spa Bereich gemeinsam. Die Familiensauna (Textilsauna) liegt direkt am Kinderplantschbecken. Dementsprechend ist die Lautstärke in der Sauna selbst. Es fehlt auch an Erholungsmöglichkeit nach dem Besuch der Sauna. Man muss den Bereich um die Schwimmbecken nutzen. Wir haben zu 5 Erwachsenen und einem fast 13 jährigen Teenager (kennt die verschiedenen Saunawelten wie zB das Vabali oder Mediterra und Spa Hotels, weißt wie man sich darin benimmt und es wurde argumentiert , dass man sich darin unbekleidet aufhält 🤦🏽‍♀️) das Hotel gebucht. Wir haben Verständnis dafür, wenn man für bestimmte Altersgruppen oder Geschlechter den Besuch des Saunabereiches zeitlich einschränkt- aber völlig ausschließt? Als wir mit dem Anliegen uns an die Rezeption gewandt haben, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man es mit dem Manager bespricht. Kurz darauf wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man uns entgegenkommt und dass wir gemeinsam dort Zeit verbringen können. Man würde unten den Rettungsschwimmer informieren. Die Freude war groß, weil es auch das war, was der Urlaub für uns sein sollte-Erholung incl Spa/Wellness/ Sauna FÜR ALLE! Als wir uns gemeinsam in den „Wellness Bereich“ begeben haben, mussten wir feststellen, dass die Absprache nicht galt und wir erneut abgewiesen wurden. Das hat zur Folge, dass keiner von uns den Bereich nutzen kann.Als Ruheraum nach dem Besuch der Familiensauna wurde der Dienstraum des Rettungsschwimmers vorgeschlagen! Das soll ein 5 Sterne Hotel sein? Den Urlaub haben wir uns anders vorgestellt, das stellt eine riesen Einschränkung für uns alle dar, weil wir zusammen nun mal den Saunabereich nicht nutzen können. Man muss noch erwähnen, dass eben auch ferienbedingt sehr viele Gäste mit Kindern verschiedener Altersklassen anwesend sind- dementsprechend herrscht auch eine Lautstärke im Schwimmbecken Bereich (dafür haben wir Verständnis!). Also auch wenig erholend! Wir hätten mit Sicherheit was anderes gebucht, wenn wir es geahnt hätten! Man könnte z.B.in der Ferienzeit Zeiten für Familien ausweisen oder das Alter z.B.auf 12 Jahre herabsetzen zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten! Es war ein Fehler das Hotel mit Abendbuffet zu buchen. Ich frage mich tatsächlich, wie die 5 Sterne Kategorie vergeben wurde. Haben schon öfters in deutlich besseren 3/4 Sterne Häusern Urlaube verbracht.
