Don’t stay here! Staff was rude at check in and the check in process was very very slow. Our room (and the rest of the hotel) was VERY dated and run down and our room wasn’t as clean as I’d expect in a hotel. When walking barefoot in the room, our feel would turn black from the floors. The bathroom was especially dated- there was no feeling of luxury or pampering that one would like when walking into a hotel bathroom. Our room door didn’t fit properly in the door jam and always looked like the door was accidentally left open when we approached it. The lights on the balcony cannot be turned off and are as bright as the sun shining through all night long. The room never got dark enough for me to sleep well. AC unit was very old and very noisy. Breakfast was mediocre and the hotel is very stingy about it requiring tickets which are very conspicuously checked, requiring guests to demonstrate to staff that they have used a giant bottle of hand sanitizer upon entering, not allowing guests to take even an apple or yogurt cup out of the room with them, etc. When you come up the stairs to the dining room you are greeted by doors that are locked with a chain and padlock in front of you. The floor of the dining room was not clean and was pretty slippery and the bathroom next to the dining area was not clean or well stocked. The pool is not heated and no towels are provided out there. The only plus was the extreme proximity to Legoland and many restaurant and shopping options.

Do not stay here. Especially with kids. It is dirty and falling apart. It’s loud and let’s say a hub for activities that aren’t family friendly. The front desk staff was impossible. Check in took over 45 minutes with only us there. We had two five year olds eager to beat Legoland who lost an hour of their time there due to complete insanity.

Terrible condition dirty and smelly... even the water to shower smell bad... super close to Legoland but NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL (the worst in my last 10 years using hotels) sadly to say it... elevator broke twice, mold in a bagel, dirty shower, smelly water, smelly and dirty carpets, sofa, room etc...

Worst hotel ever. Horrible smell in the room. I cannot breathe or sleep. Air conditioning sounds like a plane engine. Bed uncomfortable. Room smells like it's 100 years old. Insisting on a full refund. Absolutely unacceptable.

The rooms are clean. More outlets to plug in cell phones and electric equipment is needed. The beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly. Great nights rest.

The place is filthy old and smells like it! Outlets didn’t work, heat didn’t work, poor water pressure, staff was fine but limited ability to help. Owners obviously do not care anymore which is sad because they are right outside LEGOLAND resort. -9

We got there, they gave us the room, went inside and the back door was wide open to the terrace, there was a water bottle on the side table like someone was there, felt very unsafe, paid 148.00 for one nite, that hotel should have been a 50.00 a nite hotel, the bed was noisy and bedspread was dirty! Btw they did give us another room, then the shower faucet was really hard to turn on, had to have maintenance come help me.
