Check in and out was fast and easy. Room was nice. Hotel is modern and the lobby in beautifully decorated. The breakfast isn’t great. Eggs are completely inedible

When we returned to our room after a meager breakfast, we discovered that our room door was open! All the bed linen was piled up, the beds were *****ped... This despite the fact that our suitcases remained open and personal belongings were in the room! I was going to lie down and take a shower before checking out the room. But this was impossible. It was lucky that nothing was missing! This incident shows how much disrespect there is for guests at this hotel. They don't care about their customers.

There was noise coming from a refrigerated right outside our window. There was noise out in our hallway every time new guests came through. The breakfast was not very good.

The property is new, clean, and modern. Convenient to shopping and comfortable. Great common area lobby for remote working or just hanging out. Free breakfast was better than I've had at some other hotels. Fitness facility on site as well.

Best Best Western ever! Seamless front desk check in. Rooms were new, clean, and well thought out! Breakfast was just okay but comfortable dining area. Great value for rate and conveniently located!

Everything was excellent except dusting of my room really didn't exist. Dust build up on base of tv and behind it.
Bathroom chrome was never touched during cleaning. Breakfast was late one morning that causes visitors to be in a rush and like me, late for appoin**ent because of it.
Shame as front desk staff were very pleasant and hotel fairly new.

We booked through *******. When we arrived 1 1/2 hours after booking we were told we couldn’t be checked in because the hotel didn’t have the reservation. ******* called the hotel and we had confirmation of the PAID booking. Once again, we were told we couldn’t check in. While we waited numerous guests were being told the same thing. Obviously it was a hotel issue and not a 3rd party booking issue. Fortunately, ******* canceled the reservation and we left for another hotel. This was our 1st and last experience with Glo. I’m not sure what exposure true hotel would have had by letting us check in. They take a credit card at check in so in the event something was wrong they would have had the ability to collect. Horrendous customer service.
