Amazing bartenders and staff they are very helpful and very polite and welcoming, I couldn’t fault the trip and I met some amazing people that have taught me Spanish and I am very pleased to have come to this visit this place and I’ll be back again soon

Rooms were clean and tidy, beds made everyday and new towels put in the bathroom. Good entertainment each night with a variety for everyone of all ages. Fun activities during the day including mini golf and archery, the animation team go above and beyond to make the holiday as enjoyable as possible. Food was good and catered for everyone but can get very repetitive. Pool bar also opened with light bites throughout the day.

just got back from a weeks break and so will do an honest review from my experience here 🙂 Room had amazing views of the sea and Alcúdia port on the 9th floor plenty of plugs and comfy beds cleaned daily …only downside is no fridge or kettle but we’d previously googled that and brought a travel kettle so all good 👍 Pool area was quite busy so didn’t really make use of this we spent most of our days lounging on the beautiful beach 🏖️ Entertainment was magic shows karaoke and bands which we could hear on the top floor with the doors closed till at least 11.30pm but not a problem . Staff very friendly always spoke to you with a smile didn’t really struggle with the lifts as previous guests said we waited no longer than a few minutes to get one Now the big big downside for us was the food Breakfast …plenty of continental for the Europeans for us we like a fry up or similar …not very nice …you could get fried bread but tasted of dirty old oil …eggs not cooked right and flat cold bacon and sausages flat cold luckily we found the microwave to heat everything up properly and cold courgettes what’s that about for a breakfast Lunch and dinner was not very nice choice of food and again all flat cold food ! One night the only choice was veal or fish so variety and choices need to be made bigger as we was left hungry that night The food round the pool was the best hotdogs burgers chips pizza buns etc and all hot so ate there everyday I’d personally advise the hotel manager to sort the food section out and make sure all the food is piping hot not flat cold …we did notice not much choice for children either at tea time ! All inclusive drinks spot on All in all I wouldn’t stay here again simply because of the food …if this improved I’d definitely visit again in the future

Really enjoyed the four nights we spent here, it wasn't the hotel we had initially booked but were offered this as an alternative, had some reservations because of the reviews but needn't have worried! Our room was clean and comfortable, there was only one plug socket which was frustrating however we always pack an extension lead so not the end of the world. It would have been useful to have a small fridge in the room though. Air con worked well! We had a beautiful view from the balcony, beds were reasonable and shower was great! We struggled a bit with the food as there were often labels missing, it was replenished often however and was mostly tasty! The bar snacks were a big win- burgers, hot dogs, pizza, chips, salad and cakes were a great alternative to the restaurant at times. The pool was absolutely freezing, however it was early may and would soon feel warm after the initial plunge. Staff all very friendly and we enjoyed the evening entertainment the couple of times we stuck around for it. The lift situation was a bit of a nightmare as there were only two and one of them would often not carry more than two people due to 'too much weight' despite the 400+kg weight limit. We would absolutely stay here again but as a couple rather than bringing our children as I didn't feel that there was much there that would have entertained them with the pool being so small. Great location for the beach and surrounded by handy shops. Definitely a get what you pay for situation.

Excellent location. Spotless hotel but with little flaws. The food was plentiful and lots of choice, more fruit than weve been offered anywhere. Food was never hot, their was a microwave 2 use in the dining room, but the snack bar their wasnt 1 so cold chips, pizza and burgers. Room was good, matresses very well used ready for replacement, strangest thing was lack of plug sockets, only 1 with tv plug in and 1 in bathroom for the hairdryer, so we were balancing phones on towel rail at night to charge phones and watches! Drinks were ok but had an upset tum a couple of times after being on sangria, think it was the ice. Locks were broke on toilet doors by outdoor bar so you had 2 try go and hold door at same time! We had a cracked tile in the bathroom. Only went in the pool once as it was freezing. They could keep the outdoor tables cleaner and empty the bins more, theirs enough staff behind the bar 2 do it a few minutes once an hour. It was my partners 60th while we were their and its the first hotel weve been 2 on a birthday that havent left either a fruit bowl or bottle of wine and a card in the room! Only 2 lifts and gets busy, can only fit 6 in lift and 1 of them is faulty and says its over weight if more than 3 in. WOULD I GO AGAIN: YES FOR WHAT WE PAID 1350 FOR 9 NIGHTS ALL INCLUSIVE FOR 2 OF US WITH EASYJET

An excellent three star al inclusive hotel. Well worth the stay. Staff all excellent and very polite. On a few occasions struggled to find what to eat but was not a deal breaker. Used the snack bar a few times . Rooms cleaned every day. The music around the seating area was just right. No boom boom. Always plenty of sun loungers and tables to sit at. All in all a great relaxing hotel.

No complaints about the hotel / food / room but you get what you pay for. Couple of minutes walk to the beach and local bars / shops Overall we enjoyed the stay (3 Adults all family members) Would i recommend someone to stay here? Yes i would if they wanted a cheap holiday.

Just back from a weeks stay at the globales condes de Alcúdia and what an excellent week it’s been, the hotel is beautiful and so clean we were on the 3rd floor which was good as the lifts aren’t the best so we just used the stairs most of the time, the staff are very welcoming and work so hard every day especially the animation team I was a little worried before we went as some of the reviews are quite bad but honestly it’s a great hotel my only issue was the rooms can be noisy but there isn’t a great deal you can do about that it sounded like a family of elephants were staying above us. We enjoyed the entertainment they had live singers and flamenco dancers whilst we were there which were fabulous! The food was fantastic always a great choice every night, the snack bar was brilliant and they don’t water down the booze like a lot of places as my husband found out on his birthday Another thing we loved was that there was always sunbeds round the pool you wasn’t having to skulk round waiting for one to become available you still get people going down at daft o’clock to put there towels on them though the location was excellent a 2 minute walk across the road to the beach and a you’re literally in the port which we loved as we normally stay on the other side and you either have to walk or catch the bus to get to this end. The cleaners work so hard too we had clean bedding and towels every day and they make sure every part of the hotel is gleaming the pool area is immaculate. It really is a lovely hotel definitely ignore the negative reviews as the pros of this hotel definitely outweigh the cons we will definitely be back again thank you Globales condes de Alcúdia for a great stay!

Whilst I would not normally write bad reviews I feel that I need to write this one for any one with a food allergy/intolerance. Having stayed at Globales Palma Nova where gluten free options and control was very good, we felt sure that we were in safe hands with the group of hotels. unfortunately this was far from what we expected, there was no one to greet you in the restaurant. I had to find staff to ask what I could eat as there is no signs on the food. They would often roll their eyes, tell you to wait and disappear to get a list. There were no potato options, did offer pasta but would have had to wait too long. For breakfast there was bread but nothing else, no cake or cereal. In the end I resorted to going to Burger King next door to get GF chips and taking them in for dinner. There was no GF in the snack bar so don’t miss any meals as you cannot snack. There is GF in the big Spa over the road so I did get food there. Shocking, when I spoke to reception it made no difference almost an attitude of what do you want us to do. I paid for all inclusive but had to provide a basic like potato, totally unacceptable, they expect you to just make do. The rooms were small, only one plug socket so take an extension. The lifts are small and slow so be prepared to wait, or walk up/down. I have stayed in Globales hotels before and this one is a let down to the company.
