Jupiter Hotel

Last time I stayed here was 10/10, staff are super professional and this hotel is located in the "rock star" part of Portland, the best vibes and sometimes the best deal in town. As long as Jupiter keeps their rates competitive they will always have our business. Thanks for being awesome!

More motel style but generally clean and comfortable. Can use the microwave in the main Jupiter Next hotel

They are a cut the cables place which is fine. But there are not easy to get to outlets. I wasn't able to charge my devices which is needed to leave a tip call for any service. The ceiling had a few cracks. And one of the two beds was very very creaky.

We booked our rooms in Jupiter Next, which has more of a motel feeling (not my speed), as we thought the main hotel was full. When we found out there was space (which we were not initially told, we had to specifically ask while explaining we were not happy in the other building), we moved over there. Rooms in the main hotel were bigger and clean and my room had a nice view. Beds were comfortable. If you want five star luxury and associated service, this hotel isn’t it but the location is great, near lots of places to eat, drink, shop, etc. Some members of staff were very helpful, some did the bare minimum. It was a real mix!

The hotel staff were less than helpful regarding answering any questions or parking. They seemed more helpful to my 29 year old daughter and less patient with me. The restaurant on site was absolutely fabulous and the staff were amazing.

Only negative-on ******* they said everything all taxes were included and when we got there, we were added at $24 day tax. Still totally worth it. Still lovely place cool vibes but that was disappointing.
