Did not know they had a washer/dryer on premises under 3rd last night there. I was able to use coins to pay but for some reason the tap to pay would not accept my credit card. All other pay stations in Italy and France did so it might be something on the machine itself. Fortunately I had coins.

The place is beautiful. The apartment was really confortable. We were party of 4, and really enjoyed the space of the room. My only comment would be to have a small store for things like salt o oil, to be able to cook on the kitchenette. Other than that, the stay was awesome

Exceptionally lovely, well appointed apartment. Light and spacious and really comfortable stay here with the family. Didn’t want to leave! Loved the quiet location and views.

The apartment was clean furnished well, the kitchen equipment was effective, it was easy to find parking space.
The apartment was not serviced during the three nights we spent. We saw the receptionist only once the day we arrived and even during check out we dropped our card keys to a box for that purpose.
Our overall opinion is positive and we can recommend this apartment to others.

Smart TV with private Wifi connection for the room is a great idea to use the smart TV.

No reception, had to call for entry and check-in. Room was beautifully decorated, comfortable. It was a very hot summer day, after the reception left we realized there was no air conditioning or fan. Had to again call 'the number'. Reception lady returned, informed us no possibility for a fan, after 15 min. a knock on the door, this very kind efficient lady had taken the initiative to walk to her home nearby and carry a fan for us to use! Without it impossible to sleep. A VERY BIG THANK YOU to this person!!! Caution: make sure when booking the room has air conditioning. There was also no bottles of water in the room.
