Friendly staff, clean common arias, clean rooms, excellent food.

Wonderful hotel all the staff are professional and friendly. Hospitality here is second to none and the breakfast is first class, I usually don’t go to breakfast. The quality of the food was delicious. We stayed in room 402 beautiful views. The sun bed situation worked well for us as we had a good spot. But the beach beds were 5 euros for 2. The dune around was good value 120 euros for 5 meals we were only there for a week and didn’t want to tie ourselves down. However we went to the lemon grass which I love. We also went to the steak house at side of hotel, The New York ***** was delicious, only negative for me was the slow service? Because we didn’t book priorI would stay here again

Had another brilliant stay at the hotel, with its great location by the beach. Great to see the improvements made to the pool, gym and other areas of the hotel. Looked after so well by the staff from the moment we arrived until the day we headed home. Many thanks to them all, Reception, Porters, Reservations, Housekeeping, Othello Bar, Beach Bar, Sun Lounger boys, Restaurant – breakfast and dinner. It is impossible to name check everyone, without missing someone, however special mention to Maria (Reception staff), Anca, Christodoula, Fotini, Justine, Yiannis, Neo and Maria – the Hotel is fortunate to have such wonderful people working there. Its also great that the Manager, Panagiotis, is always on hand to make sure all is going well. Look forward to our next holiday there

Fantastic Hotel great to be back after 17 years. The hotel was very clean and the staff were welcoming. Especially Justine in the bar. Cyprus is a fantastic place. Protaras is a great resource with something for everyone. I will be back as soon as I can!

Amazing hotel. Staff are all so lovely and friendly . Justine on the main bar and Yiannis on the pool bar are great and can’t do enough for you. Allocated sun beds are a great idea. The new gym is fab with modern equipment. Yiannis makes his own cocktails to suit what you like and Justine always has a smile when she is looking after you.

Had many holidays at Sunrise Beach hotel . It is excellent in all aspects . The location pool rooms immaculate the reception staff always so helpful Especially Maria with her vibrant personality . We got married here a few weeks ago and I would not change a thing! It was the most perfect, special day we have ever had. We had the most amazing co-ordinater (Anca). The wedding was incredible and Anca made sure everything was completely right for us. Also we had a group of 65 people. We cannot thank Anca enough, such a beautiful person who makes people’s dreams come true! We did not have to worry about anything at all. The setting was beautiful and all the people we dealt with were amazing- the decoration company, the dj, the photographer , the restaurant staff and the photo mirror guys, thankyou to all of you! We would highly recommend anyone wanting to get married in Cyprus to get married here. We had the bbq buffet menu and it was fantastic. The wedding cake was gorgeous. I wish we could do the day all over again. We were so looked after from the moment we arrived at the hotel. Justine behind the bar was amazing, always smiling and again also looking after us. It was a pleasure to meet such beautiful people. Nothing was too much and always on the ball. We had breakfast daily and the food was beautiful. Such a big variety, the staff work so so hard and they are a credit to the hotel, again all had smiles on their faces every morning and always made sure you had coffee on the tables. The guys working on the omelette station were also amazing, always asked how you were. They all work very very hard and it did not go unnoticed by us all. The maid we had daily was superb, again always happy and cleaned our room very well. This is one of the best holidays we have ever had and one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We had a family room with a sea view and it was perfect. The location was perfect, we loved how we could be at the pool and a few steps away from the beach. Our 2 daughters were in heaven. We cannot wait to go back!

Family wedding was handled with great care attention to detail. All staff were very proffesional and courteous. Hotel cleanliness is excellent. Facilities are first class and everyone made us feel special. The location overlooking the sea is so special. The restaurants part of the hotel group provide a wide range of world cuisine. Highly recommended

We’ve just returned from another holiday at the fabulous Sunrise Beach. Everything about it is exceptional - its situation on the beach, the newly renovated pool area, the beautiful gardens, spacious rooms, lovely food, and the dine around options in the hotel’s restaurants are great, with a choice of Greek, Italian, Asian, Steak and Fish. The jewel in its crown of this place is the wonderful staff! Maria and her reception team are so welcoming and helpful, along with Anka, the guest relations officer, who is charming. Neo uses his magic to ensure the dining room and taverna run like clockwork, along with the lovely Maria and many happy, smiling waiters and waitresses. Jaki and his team take great pride in preparing delicious buffets, with the Greek and Cypriot evenings being our favourite. The lovely Justine greets everyone so warmly as they pass through the bar. Lenka and her team of bar staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Yiannis at the beach bar makes THE best strawberry daiquiris ever! Taha and the boys manage the sunbeds very well, and will do their best to find a spot in your preferred area. We can’t wait to return!
