"Perfect Family Glamping Getaway ! We had an incredible glamping experience with my family! There were so many fun outdoor activities just a short walk away, including cycling and adventures activities such as zipline, which we absolutely loved! The public toilet was surprisingly so clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. It was the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. Highly recommend this place for a family-friendly getaway!"

"Service and hospitality were excellent. Parking required a short walk, but a buggy was readily available to shuttle us to and from the lot.
The location is superb and strategic. We could easily walk to the Secret Garden and Taman Perdana from the hotel. The night view, with all its city lights, was also beautiful.
The hotel's design is quite attractive and aesthetically pleasing.
The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of options – a definite highlight!
There are pools for both adults and children, located on Level 3.
Our room was advertised as having a garden view, but the garden was undergoing renovation, so there wasn't much of a view to enjoy. Despite this, the room itself was spacious and comfortable.
Cleanliness, however, was a bit of a letdown. The towels had a slight smell – I initially thought it was perfume, but it was a different, less pleasant odor. There were also minor stains on the bed sheets, and the bathtub had a small stain.
Overall, despite these minor issues, our stay here was very enjoyable and good! 😁"

MMalek ZainiI booked DutaVilla 32 for my family who came from Bintangor for my son's wedding during the weekend of National day.
We requested for early check-in since the flight arrived around 11 am and the DV 32 rep readily accepted our request. One plus point there.
The location was close to surau Al-Manar so we had no issue to perform Friday prayer on the day of arrival. Another plus point.
The unit was spanking clean and very well prepared for us to check-in. The door lock used security code for locking which is another plus point. Since the group is big so no worries of one group keeping the key as they can unlock the door using the code only. Another plus point.
All the necessary items such as towels and toiletries were provided and the host even provided some free food for us to enjoy. More plus point.
We liked the idea of the self service shop in the unit where we can just pay using the provided QR code. Plus point again.
We highly recommend the unit for everyone looking for homestay within Putrajaya. The house can accommodate quite high number of people, and our group consisted of 15 pax but I think the house can accommodate more.
The location is very good as it is just a short drive to both Alamanda and IOI mall.
Thank you DV 32 for the enjoyable stay and looking forward to staying there again if the opportunity arises.

XxdllsxEverything is satisfying except one. Parking.
There was an event there, which involved outside guests so they came in the morning to the hotel.
However, they used the parking for the stay guests. Hotel should consider to prioritise the guests first since we paid to stay there.
What happened after 30minutes searching parking? We needed to park at Alamanda there and walk to the hotel.
I don't think 4 stars hotel should have this kind of problem.
Overall the hotel is nice, clean, good surrounding with the lake. I could jog in the morning. Good locations, nearby to tall the government offices. And plus point it's walkable to Alamanda mall.

OOSAMUIt's about 10 minutes walk from Putrajaya Central station, it's quite close.
Not many restaurants and shopping places, but there are several within walking distance, so I didn't have any problems.
My husband was very kind and warm and taught me very politely about the room. I went by bicycle, but I asked him to leave it indoors so that it wouldn't be stolen during the night.
I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

AAnonymous UserWe had a special request which unfortunately couldn’t be fulfilled before check-in, so we had to wait a bit. However, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They offered us a late check-out as a kind gesture, which we really appreciated.
We chose this hotel mainly for the splash park so our son could enjoy himself, and he absolutely loved it! The facilities are very kid-friendly, making it a great choice for families.
Would definitely come again!

NNUR SHARMIMII recently stayed at Dorsett Putrajaya and honestly, I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. There were individuals wandering around the hotel area who appeared to be intoxicated or unstable. It was disturbing and made me feel uneasy, especially if you’re traveling with family or as a woman.
For a hotel in such a prime location with a reputable name, I truly hope the management will take immediate action to tighten security – more visible security patrols, active CCTV monitoring, and swift response to any suspicious behavior.
I appreciate the facilities and ambiance of the hotel, but safety should always be a top priority. Please take this matter seriously.

GGuest UserAircond ok. Cuma water heater tak berfungsi yaaa. Memang tk panas langsung. Smart tv pulak remote prblem menyebabkan tak boleh buka tv langsung. Minta tukar bateri remote kt receptionist tapi still tak berfungsi. So overall memang tak puas hati sangat sebab water heater dan smart tv tkleh guna langsung. Untuk tido semalam boleh la kot. Prefer hotel lain yang amenities dia berfungsi dengan baik. Kecewa dgn bnda ni.
