"The pros of this hotel is that it is conveniently located in the heart of Precinct 1 Putrajaya, surrounded by lush greeneries, and having a spacious room complete with a bath tub. Parking is slightly away from the hotel but the buggy service is always available on-demand. I had a room water leaking issue which was promptly attended to by the staff Mr Azizi and he even gave me an upgrade to a family room. The swimming pool has a nice infinity pool design and is able to view the sunset on the horizon. However, it closes at 7pm, and before the sun was set, I was already chased out of the pool by the staff. The operating hours of the swimming pool should be at least until 8pm."

"Stayed 6d5nights , enjoyed the room so much. the only lacking is they are currently renovating their lounge/lobby so from the drop off area to the lobby is quite a walk , and based on yr luck bcos there is no staff on standby at the concierge area (have to request assistance when you are in the lobby). Trust the experience will be better when the lounge/lobby are fully functioning"
