先説優點：
服務特別好，不論是前台小姐姐還是保潔阿姨都很熱情周到，賓至如歸的感覺，很貼心。
房間智能設備很方便，小度智能呼叫和機器人配送都很方便。
早餐雖然簡單，吃的也很舒服。
再説説可以改進的部分：
我定的是豪華房幫我升級到行政房，洗臉池對小朋友來説略高了點，如果入住登記時可以有個小腳凳會更方便帶娃的客人～～
我們房間朝南很舒服，靠窗有個浴缸很大，泡澡看電視也很舒服～問題是我們帶了娃，衹能夜裡很晚等娃睡著了才能淺泡一下😅😅😅如果能有個簾子可以拉了遮一下就可以隨時泡了～
浴室地漏有返潮，有股味道～
坐便器是智能的，但自動沖水真的很雞肋，小朋友上個廁所，大概體重輕，馬桶不停自動沖水，褲子都濕了……😅

前台小姐姐非常貼心，看到有娃，直接給了小牙刷、拖鞋和小玩具，非常貼心。退房的時候，保潔阿姨都熱情的跟你打招呼。設施先進，智能開關燈，拉窗簾，衞生環境乾淨，家人都住的非常滿意！下次還來！

花博會，崇明當地日常300多的酒店漲到了800多，果斷選擇了啟東這家桔子水晶，太明智了。G40崇啟大橋下來就到酒店，商務、旅遊出行極其方便，酒店後面是建材市場，到了晚上沒有人員車輛出入，很安靜，是伴着蛙鳴聲入睡的。辦理入住時前台幾個妹妹熱情接待，介紹了附近好玩熱鬧的地方，所以晚飯就去了吾悦廣場（開車過去10分多種），辦理入住後前台妹妹伴着兩個長者去到房間，演示和講解房間智能控制系統，讓小度打開窗簾打開空調，開啟關閉房間燈光等，必須給酒店服務點個贊。酒店2020年開業的，房間設施新而且先進，空間也大，在揚州同類型的酒店房間要500多空間還小，這個酒店不滿300房間寬敞，極具性價比，退房的時候前台妹妹送上小禮品，又是一個驚喜。這個酒店在近幾年旅遊出行中是最滿意的一個！！！
