This is one of out favorite hotel in Qingdao. It's clean and has a big swimming pool.

It’s great to stay in the Hyatt Regency Qingdao. Specially, Mr Hou Liming, the duty manager helped me check in and upgraded to a sea view room for free. I am very satisfied with all the services in the Hotel. I will visit again next time!!!

The hotel is a beautiful Hotel infront of the beach I make and upgrade to my room torequest sea,view Wesley Liu the Chief concierge was very kind and gave the best room with a great view, the breakfast is very delicious it has,all you need, ofcourse I will be back and stay here

Our stay was warm, friendly and 5 star cuisine. Chef was personally tobexplain the dish and also our room was refreshed and chocolates for our anniversary and flowers. Thank you to the ever friendly staff and Management.

Our favourite hotel in Qingdao. Close to the beach, metro, and malls. Breakfast is great. Staff are great.

Easier check in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially impressed with Xiaoting at the reception. She made me feel very warmly welcomed.

Staff was friendly and able to assist us in English. The room had a wonderful view of the ocean and a portion of Laoshan. We could also see many fireworks being set off on the beach during our stay.
Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety. The in house restaurant Dong Hai 88 offered generous portion at a good price.
Unfortunately the in house bar, BEBA, was closed.

Room: 1210. The hotel clearly didn’t change the pillow cases. there was previous snort sticking on the pillow case opening (if they changed it, they would have been cleaned and the staff would have noticed, it was absolutely disgusting). The bathtub also didn’t drain and staff just acted like it is customary to plug out the whole draining button as opposed to switching the switch.

Very nice stay. The room is very clean and the hotel facilities are quite new. There is a direct access to the beach from the hotel. Will definitely book it again when next time I am in Qingdao.
