酒店位置很方便，就在如意大廈的上面，電梯每天排隊，房間衹能説能住。一分價錢一分貨。海景房衹能看到最西邊的海，不是棧橋那邊。住三天以內可以考慮。老闆很熱情。樓下走五分鐘就是地鐵站，去棧橋也就走半小時。沒有早餐。沒有停車場。三人以上不適合住。

設施：比較一般，洗手枱和噴頭都比較舊，洗手枱沒有熱水。噴頭不能拿下來，具體看圖片，建議把噴頭換一下，噴水不集中，洗頭容易打濕衣服
衞生：床上用品是換了，但是上個住客留在地上的頭髮沒有掃乾淨。床頭靠背上的灰都沒有擦乾淨。
環境：地理位置非常好，留在青島站進站口的斜對面，出站走路不到5分鐘。老闆給我免費升級了一個可以遠眺大海的房間。在17樓，應該是原來的一個套間1702改造成了5個房間。
服務：房管阿姨還不錯，很負責，很親切。
